Great meals w/ mistakes
I’ve been with the company for over a year and I truly love the meals. The customer service hasn’t always been the strongest but they have had some strong moments. I offer lots of feedback because I want them to succeed but sometimes they just don’t respond the right way. For example, they have a reward program where I reached a limit because I had been with them for so long and it took for me to get there for them to think something needed to be done. The most recent thing that surprised me was the meal stickers being incorrectly printed with expired meal dates. I reported it and they reassured me it was incorrect but just seems like a massive error for a company that has checks and balances for quality control. I hope they get it together.

Useless app
It doesn’t load, it doesn’t show updated delivery routes
Not user-friendly
I ordered a delivery for the first time this week and I’m not sure if I’ll continue my subscription because the app (and website) is clunky and inconsistent. I thought I had changed my delivery date and even received an email confirmation but when I checked the day on the app, it shows that my food will be delivered on the original delivery date.
Update: I called the customer service line and they were very helpful. I was able to get my delivery date changed.

They are getting too big
I’ll start off by saying that I really like this company. The food is consistently good and always changing. That’s my favorite part about them. They have a streamlined process to mostly everything and I can attain to their growth and changes considering I’m on week 97 with them. I’ve been a loyal customer and along the way I’ve provided them valuable feedback.
I recently had a problem with their system. I wanted to change the delivery time and the system provided me a date but the email received stated the change was for the week that follows. I reached out to get assistance and stated that my attempts had been made prior to the deadline. Instead of hearing me out or trying to identify a solution, I was sent time stamped screenshots with a stark message. It was a poor choice for a long standing customer but I get that they might be getting to big and what’s one customer.
I will say I really like their delivery guy, Erio. He has been consistent and genuinely nice. 5 stars for him for sure. I also recently have been getting calls from a male who appears to be new and has great customer service to responds to issue resolution tickets.
Overall I recommend trying them out. My score prior to this issue was 4-5 so I have to give them 3 for the recent experience.

Hard to cancel
I tried cancelling the subscription and I did, I accidentally re unstated the subsection and support is not helping with refunding the next weeks order without it even being made yet.
Also the advertised price for their meals are false. Their bags say $4.99 a meal and then you go online it’s over $12 per meal.
