録音中に電話がかかってくると、強制的に録音が切断される。1秒たりとも録音されてない状態になるので、あまり意味をなしてない気もする。
ページを切り替えた際もそう。録音は続けてくれればいいのに、逐一切られる。しかも保存時間が無駄に長いので、長くスピード感のある会議では正直不向き。
上記を修正してくれれば相当利便性がよくなり、大変満足できるのですがね……

App can scan pages like any scanning app, but the handwriting function just doesn’t run.

Tenía la esperanza de que fuera un buen producto pero es un dolor de cabeza el software captura lo que se le da la gana todos mis apuntes están incompletos a veces faltan páginas completas, no puedo creer lo caro que es el pen y sus repuestos, no se consiguen fácilmente, pésimos resultados están incompletos la mayoría de los apuntes y mi primera hoja hasta manchas digitales tiene.

I literally hate this thing
I wish I just got the more expensive one. This stuff is pure garbage. The instructions aren’t clear at all and even when I synced my pen it STILL didn’t work. Tutorials are no help and this is butter as a normal journal rather than an online one. Complete waste.

App is terrible. Tried replaying recording and app crashes. Every time. This was one of the main reasons I purchased this. Very disappointed.

Bought a notebook for nothing
Kept getting looped around with ‘request timed out’ and am unable to even pair my new pen. I’m an artist and while the product I bought seems fantastic the app it relies on won’t even let me sync the pen. All because I can’t log in.

Llevo utilizando la aplicación para mi sync pen3 y me ha sido muy útil. Me gustaría que se pudiera utilizar esta aplicación para una computadora.. que pudiera pasar directamente los notas al usar mi Sync pen en la computadora portátil o de escritorio, sería fabuloso.. ojalá que en un futuro tenga una aplicación para Windows.

Connection
This app does not work at all. I keep getting timeout errors no matter how I’m connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data. (I’m from the US and even trying to log in through my phone number isn’t working. I’ll get the verification code but then it’ll time out again.)
