Unable to withdraw
For quite some time now I have been unable to withdraw, and little to no help from their response team.
The app won’t allow me to add my phone number, despite multiple attempts. As a result, my funds are locked in my account.

No customer service no borrowing
Yes they advertise stuff but it’s not true and they have no customer service so you make the call. I wouldn’t trust this company with my lunch money let alone my cryptos.
Not user friendly
The interest rates are not as advertised! You will only get the advertised rates if you invest 1M$ in Nexo crypto!
Also, not straightforward to find the actual interest rates, and how much you are earning on regular basis!

Not worth it—not for the little guy
Must have a $5000+ portfolio to get any interest. Doesn’t support XLM. No debit card spend options. Much better options out there!

Was hesitant at first.
I know they say not your keys not your coins, but this platform has robust security and they really go the extra mile to keep your funds safe. The customer service is top notch and the platform is easy to use. Wish would’ve been able to just them sooner being a USA resident.

Después de un tiempo accedí a hacerlo, deposite pesos y no me dejaba operar, comprar USDC que era para lo que la quería, y de yapa me congelaron la cuenta. Tuve que esperar 20 minutos para que una persona apareciera en el chat. Un estrés. ALÉJENSE DE ESTOS LOCOS NO TIENEN IDEA LO QUE HACEN!
