Responsive almost in real time
Just started using the app, found 2 shows that weren’t there, asked for them and they were added same day. Really consider going premium soon.

It Changed
This once was a great app. Recently there have been changes and the one big change is they removed the section with “Upcoming Shows” and. “Upcoming Movies”, to be available in the future. Sure I can find U.S.A. networks upcoming info on trade websites, but I am having a hard time finding series from UK, Canada, France, Germany, etc. Why pay for premium, when they removed a very important section?? Not all changes are good ones.

Good, but could be better
Like many others, I came to this app after the demise of TVTime. However, I’m less enthusiastic about the switch. Unfortunately, the tabs at the bottom make navigation a bit more complicated than it needs to be. Right now, you have My Shows which is where you go to search for shows, see the show’s details, and add them. But the Episodes tab is where you go to actually mark them off the list. I often find myself having to go back and forth between the two tabs to accomplish what I want. I wish I could simply get a list of the shows with episodes that I still need to watch, with all that show’s details like where to watch them, all in one tab. Like merge those tabs together somehow. It would be great if that sort of thing was in the What’s Next tab, showing all the shows you’re actively watching, but that tab is only really for shows that are actively airing and has limited usability for those of us who mainly stream. So as it is, while I love the simplicity of this app, it’s still cumbersome in its current design, and I can’t wholeheartedly recommend. But it’s better than nothing.

Thanks for the honest feedback! Quick tip: as of version 5.0, you can mark episodes watched directly in Show Details → Episodes - no need to jump back and forth between the My Shows and Episodes tabs anymore. Give it a try, and if it smooths out your workflow, I'd really appreciate an updated rating. Either way, thanks for sticking with Next Episode - more improvements are on the way!
Great option
I was using TVTime and they decided to shut down. They recommended next episode and it was an easy transition. My entire database was transitioned to Next Episode. I had to buy the upgrade to Premium but it was worth it. Very responsive. Very intuitive.
Streaming Providers is VERY Inaccurate
Many shows have incorrect or missing streaming providers. I have Hulu selected and multiple shows I watch on Hulu each week show under other services but not Hulu. The "Untold" series that is only on Netflix shows as not streaming on it. Very inaccurate streaming service data.
Great app
Was directed here after TV Time app announced they were done. Wish I had found it sooner this app is so much better. Love it!
the best app for tracking tv shows
the creator/developer nikolay is absolutely wonderful and has put together a really amazing app here, as well as being super attentive to always improving it. i have been using this app for all of my tv show tracking for years and i don’t know what i would do without it. thank you!
Best app ever
I’ve been using this app for over 5 years now I tried other apps and they can’t top this one , the developer will do his best to add any show you want added, and he’s very responsive to emails.

Works as intended except I keep getting double the notifications when a show airs.
Helpful & easy
Great app! Easy to use! I've been using this app for years to keep track of which episode I'm on for shows that are currently being aired, and also for canceled shows that I'm binging. I also like that I can turn on notifications to be alerted when my shows have a premier date since some of them seem to go on hiatus for so long these days.

Used tv time for years. I was able to import tv time information into next episode. Of all the apps I looked at to replace tv time this was the best fit for me
I love this app
Excellent way to stay on top of seasons and episodes, I rely on this app all the time. LOVE it x1000.
Lack of custom lists, notes, or comments
I actually really love everything that is a feature of this app. The barebones tracking of your personal stuff is great, but for me the dealbreaker was the things it didn’t have which I personally need.

Not user friendly, very difficult to use and I’m usually a tech savvy person
Not user friendly. Very difficult to mark just an episode watched. Will use other apps to track my shows
Can’t restore purchase
I liked the app but after reinstalling it, I can’t find the option to restore the purchase.
My go to list
I look at this every day. I think it's a great app that gives me a heads up and I can check out every day. I don't mind paying for my app to keep it alive. It's worth it.
Bummer - absolute trash
Created account online. Could NOT successfully import virtually ANY shows from TV Time (about a tenth!) or IMDB (exactly zero). Then iPhone app has consistent error saying cannot log in. Deleted app, same issue. Logs in fine online. Unfortunately, this is useless.
