Update Not Working
You can’t change any settings on Robot. It shows selections but won’t allow you to choose floor only.
Freezing up
Every time I open the app, it freezes up and I can’t change settings. His has been going on for months now. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing is working.
Poor communication between phone and cleaner
Multiple times you can’t change mode settings . Very frustrating.
App doesn’t work
I’m unable to change from all cover mode to floor only or change the speed. I worked fine for about a year, now it doesn’t worthless
