Update Not Working
You can’t change any settings on Robot. It shows selections but won’t allow you to choose floor only.
Freezing up
Every time I open the app, it freezes up and I can’t change settings. His has been going on for months now. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing is working.
Poor communication between phone and cleaner
Multiple times you can’t change mode settings . Very frustrating.
App doesn’t work
I’m unable to change from all cover mode to floor only or change the speed. I worked fine for about a year, now it doesn’t worthless

This robot has been GREAT! It’s easy to control on the app and easy to clean. It does a fantastic job cleaning out pool.

I have purchased this Robotic pool cleaner so I was super excited to try it pulled it out of the box by the way packing was nice very well packed. Back to the machine now I downloaded the app I was shocked how easy it is to use. I set it in the water and was truly amazed the power it has geez I have no complaints I’m very pleased. My pool water is sparkling clear also this robot filters the water and small particles in the water get picked up I am happy.Thank you 😊😎😊

Works well!
I have not had the same experience as previous users. I had no issues at all downloading the app and connecting to the pool vacuum using Bluetooth. I have an iPhone. Perhaps iPhones function better than android devices. Once connected I was able to run the necessary firmware update and change my cleaning mode from ALL to FLOOR Only. It works like charm.

Bugs fixed
Downloaded app, Bluetooth connected the robot, auto updated the robot, changed settings for how I wanted vacuum to perform, dropped into pool. Easy easy easy.

Useless app
App doesn’t work. Connects to vac then you can’t use vac buttons or the app!!
Really
Bluetooth connects, then need an update and it just crashes and crashes. Completely useless app. And the developers don’t even have the decency to look at info from the app. Vacuum is probably the same situation. I’m returning from where I purchased and never using this name brand again
