About

Next Set features: Divided into three main sections: 1. Exercises - Add any weight training exercise you want. You may include whether the exercise involves a barbell, as well as the barbell's weight (usually 45lbs for typical Olympic barbells). This tab also includes Progress graphs for each exercise (tracks volume of work i.e. weight x reps) 2. Workout - The tab where you select which workouts you want to perform. Each workout involves 3 sets by default. May end workouts early if needed. All workouts are recorded in both the Exercises and History tabs 3. History - Provides a list of all workouts performed, including dates, times, weights, and reps.

Feb 8/26 Updates: -Smarter suggestions – Optimal rep range is now 6–15, and weight/reps are pre-filled from the suggestion when you switch exercises or record a set. -Weekly progress – You see “X sets this week (aim 5–6)” on the workout and exercise detail screens. -Overdue label – Overdue exercises show “1d”, “2d”, etc. instead of only numbers. -Editing fixes – Editing a set keeps its original date; editing an exercise keeps its archived status. -Cleanup – Removed debug prints and fixed notification handling and chart duplicate IDs
