Food Poisoning
Yesterday was the first time I used this app. I ordered cold beef tripe,beef stew with spicy sauce and rice. The food arrived at 3:55 pm and I ate at 4:00 pm. By 5:20 pm I started to feel cold and had diarrhea. At around 6:00 pm I checked my body temperature, it was 99.8 degrees. My whole night was spent in stomachaches.
Now it’s 6:54 am, I still feel sick. I have to cancel all my scheduled events today.
I had never experienced anything like this in Bay Area during the past 10 years. I wonder how many users had similar symptoms like me recently.
Anyway, I’ve deleted this app. My weekend deserves better than this.

Can’t create an account
Just introduced a friend to the app but with the recent update they can’t create an account through any of the options in the app

Food quality is mixed
Got food poisoning from the cold dishes. Be careful. Food price is low. Sometimes it will cost expensive price with the health or life.
App is way too cluttered
Nextdish used to be great. There was a lot of variety and most of the dishes were authentic Chinese dishes. Now it feels like they are getting too big and losing what used to make them great. The chefs that make a dish keep changing, and sometimes the dishes just don’t taste the same as before.
The app now has dishes from many countries and is too overwhelming. There’s no way to hide a type of food or search for a restaurant. It’s impossible to find my favorite dishes now. I’m close to giving up on this service.

food is ok but always cold when delivered
Food is cheap and the taste is not that bad. The most important thing that needs to improve is the temperature, always cold when delivered to my house and always needs to warm the food, so not fresh any more!
Bad system , no delivery messages
First time writing a review. I used this app for the first time and ordered an iced drink. The system didnot send me messages when they deliver. Neither did the driver try to call me. And the drink is ruined

I enjoy picking from the small portions or go for a value combo. Sometimes I like to pick dishes from the same restaurant. Wish there was a way to sort dishes by restaurant.

Can not ship ordered dish. The replacement was also late.
Ordered for lunch before 9am. Got phone call at 12:30pm that order won’t be available. Replaced with oily fried rice which delivered at 1pm, and the taste was really not so good. I had to go with a late instant noodle lunch. Not happy thus one star.

Such a life saver for the day when you don’t have time to prepare/cook a meal. So easy to navigate and plan ahead. You can see the pics of the food /beverage/grocery in the app and it helps to make decisions based on your palette.

Delicious, cheap, and has the smartest drivers
1. The food are just what my mon would make at home, healthy, simple, and delicious.
2. The price is about the lowest I see among all the apps I have used. It is not a traditional food delivery service and you would have to order one day ahead though, which is fine for me.
3. They have the smartest drivers I have seen so far. Uber and DoorDash drivers have problem finding my place most of the time, such that I almost gave up using food delivery services, until I found this app, which has never missed a single delivery, and no extra communication with the driver was ever needed.
