What a clinic app should be
This app allows you to book appointments, get information from the clinic about your membership, and use your Optum's! It does everything an app should do, and there's so much more to come.
Always Always not working
The app is horrible. I am constantly texting for help / appointments/ etc. Gave two stars because it worked for approx 1 month. It was awesome. Then now, at least two updates later, cannot get past registration AGAIN (i should have been able to just log in). Support always says sorry, uninstall/ reinstall/ reboot/ retry. Embarrassment for NH considering your Bellevue location is directly below Microsoft and in tech central.

The new Next Health app is such a great upgrade. It's so nice to be able to book online and even order testing through the app.
