Just doesn’t let you in sometimes???
I have tried on several occasions to just open the app and check my balance, and I can’t even get to putting my log in information in. It just gives an error message. What a waste of time.

NexTier logs me out twice a week. I will be changing banks next month.
Mobile app doesn’t work on iPhone
NexTier people admit the app does not work well on iPhones but doesn’t appear to want to try to fix it. Just go to the bank site via your browser.
Inconsistent performance.
The app seems to forget Face ID is setup frequently. A lot of failed setups, e.g. TFA, that require a call to the bank to clear.

Poor account transferring
After logging into your account, it requires you to enter your password a second time in order to transfer money between accounts. It rarely works.
Don't waste your time!
This app is garbage! It worked ok the first time I used it. After that, nothing but problems. It locked me out of my own account saying it didn't recognize me even though I used the same exact info the first time when it let me in. I can access on my laptop with the same information but it won't let me access in this app. Customer service is no help either.

Broken App
This app no longer works as of a few months ago. It launches goes to a white screen then crashes. Deleted app and reinstalled didn’t help. Please fix
Can’t open.
A few weeks ago the app started to act up and was laggy then all of a sudden it crashed and now it won’t open again. I’ve tried deleting and downloading the app again twice, nothing. I’ve restarted my phone, nothing.2/22/21

I just wish the deposits would be available in my account a little sooner everything else seems to be great thank you
Annoying Scheduling
The app would get 5 stars if they didn't opt to continually perform maintenance on it during normal business hours. For crying out loud, perform maintenance overnight like a normal IT practice. Stop preventing your customers from using it during the day.
App does not work anymore
Just keeps saying no network connectivity when trying to login. Deleted and reinstalled, no change
Mobile deposit disappear
My mobile deposit option has disappeared and hasn’t came back. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, and updated my phone and still nothing. I HATE THIS

Need to be able to log on to 2 different accounts
We need to be able to log on to different accounts and different user names. It needs to save and select user name and also work with fingerprint
Improperly shows dates
While it does track what goes in and out of my account it dates the transactions wrong in some cases actually dating in the future
