This is absolutely terrible. You literally cannot even do anything even after buying the subscription. Very disappointing,and the customer service is horrible.

I think this is UK spam. They will not respond to any emails for steps to cancel. They keep trying to charge my card and my bank keeps declining it. As I want them to. They will not contact me back with process to cancel !!!

This is the Worst app I’ve ever seen in my entire life
First of all, I purchased a virtual number specifically to use for Telegram. I initially paid $0.99 for one week, but the actual price I was going to be charged after the one-week trial was not clearly shown anywhere before or after the purchase.
After purchasing the number, I went to Telegram to use it. When I entered the number into the app, I received a message saying that Telegram does not support this type of number. I tried it three times to make sure it wasn’t just a bug or temporary issue. After that, I changed the number, but I had the exact same problem—the verification code never arrived.
I changed the number for a third time, and when I entered the third number into Telegram, Telegram told me that the number had already been banned.
I contacted your support team to ask what exactly was wrong. The response I received, which I believe was an automated message, said that your technical team was investigating the issue. However, after an entire week, nothing has changed, and I have not received any update from the support team.
For the past two days, I have repeatedly requested that you resolve this issue and refund my money. Instead, I keep receiving the same pre-written responses. None of my questions are actually being addressed, and I still have not been connected with a real support agent.
Your monthly subscription costs $29.99, yet the service does not work for me and your support team has not provided any meaningful assistance.
I sincerely hope you will take this matter seriously, resolve the issue, and issue me a full refund. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels.

I originally signed up for a $0.99 1-line offer. Without my explicit consent or any clear notice, they secretly enrolled me in extra plans and charged my credit card $19.99 for a "2nd line" and $29.99 for a "monthly subscription" under a phone number I don't even recognize!
To make matters worse, these hidden recurring charges don't even show up under your account dashboard, making it impossible to manage or cancel them directly through the app. Their customer service is non-existent and refuses to refund unauthorized fees.
This is predatory and deceitful business practice. I have already canceled my credit card and filed a dispute with my bank. Save your money and stay far away from Nextline!

BANNED ME FROM APP JUST KEEP GETTING A ERROR
I paid for all my subscription, made accounts with these numbers just to get blocked from the app and my accounts deleted without no explanation I can’t even get into the app. Keep getting a error pop up for no reason don’t know if its a bug. But support isn’t responding

You won’t even understand how they charge all of a sudden. They take all the details, debit the amount and ghost you. Bloody scammers! Eating up people’s hard earned money won’t sustain your business for long. You fools. I request Apple Store to review the authenticity of this app and remove from App Store.
