They have refused to refund me my money for 4 days after 2 different numbers didn’t work on 2 different dating apps. They also took additional money $30 on top of the $18 they already took. This company is a scam.

I wish, I could rate it 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option here. Don’t even think of trusting. I had a horrible experience. They charge without your consent. You won’t even understand how they charge all of a sudden. They take all the details, debit the amount and ghost you. Bloody scammers! Eating up people’s hard earned money won’t sustain your business for long. You fools. I request Apple Store to review the authenticity of this app and remove from App Store.

Extremely awful customer service
Upon purchasing, I have received numbers of unusual and unknown large transactions within the past 3 days, simply from buying the $1 SMS. When contacting the customer service through their panel, they claim they’re reviewing it but they repeat the same message at the end saying this support panel does not deal with refund claims. I’ve had such a horrible experience and I will not recommend to anyone. They take your money without consent!

It’s a FRAUD SCAM OPERATION by a Turkish group of fraudsters.
Any nonAmerican company owned app is 99% chance a fraud.
Mainly Turkish, Chinese etc have huge fraud rings in app stores. They charge you 99 cent for trial and same day charge twice 29.99 so 60$ for a 99 cent trial? They charge three firms within 5 hours so it’s a clear cut scam grab and go.

Do not get this app. They freeze your account, have terrible customer service and no customer support.
App never works
Upon activating my account and subscribing to the one year subscription option and incidentally also subscribing to an additional line for a whopping $20 a month. I have not been able to successfully keep the app up and running for more than five minutes. I have reached out to their Customer Service team probably eight times in the last 18 hours every time I click on the app it has the spinning symbol as if it’s trying to load. Although the phone numbers say “active” when attempting to send messages it says this number must be activated in order to operate. I am extremely frustrated and the Apple App Store is of no assistance when it comes to getting any refunds for apps that do not work.

Terrible app, paid for a USA and UK number. Can’t even send texts or call anyone. Help and support non existent. They just reply with our technical team are looking at your case. They have been looking for 5 days. Don’t bother with this app look for a more reliable one.
