Used to be just ok to mediocre. Going to lose users as a result of new login requirements
Could they make the app any worse? New login requirements void your privacy. App has become hideous. Lost all my credits, used to dollars. Old 'grandfathered' accounts before 2020 are effectively being terminated with false message account hasn't been used and your number is reassigned. Then when u try to obtain replacement number there's a continuous message that says oops, something is wrong. Try again. Also no provision to reset legacy passwords. Support is militant and unhelpful. All they do is deflect and gaslight. Call quality has always been mediocre. don't let the bots or paid reviewers say differently. Read the negative reviews to get a clear picture. Unless you're premium user you won't be able to get a phone number anywhere, ever. Waiting to hear back from the FCC and Apple.

I’ve paid for unlimited calling but I can’t call 20 numbers
Charged me $40 when i cancelled my subscription
I cant even download apps till i pay off this $40 this app charged me, Mind you did not authorize it at all, A college student aswell so now i cant even download the apps i need to enter my campus till i pay this off but if i pay them $40 ill be short on other payments , Genuinely just evil bro

Couldn’t make calls or even receive calls like before.
Now I couldn’t even text after I have said to the customer’s services that I could text but not call. In such case I couldn’t even login to my Apple account if anything happens to need to login. Then if so I would actually have to cancel the subscription since it is of no use to me. I couldn’t make call or receive calls like before.

Used to be good
This app used to be great but now I can never get it to work. No matter what it always tells me it’s either not available in my region which I know is bs or just says there was an error trying to issue me a number…every single time! They want you get one of the paid numbers and if you don’t, you can’t use the app basically. Negative stars from a former avid user!

I spent 4.99 for 500 credit haven’t seen my credit but they took my money i tried contacting support no response so if anyone is seeing this please there scamming 5 dollars worst part I would have gave them without buying if they asked rather than scamming me !!!!!!
I want a refund
I purchased a 6month subscription and after few days of using, the account was restricted because of some region problem i guess they decided to have only certain regions access to the app. I tried refunding on the app and its saying error i should try again no matter the try i try my refund wont happen
