I want a refund
I purchased a 6month subscription and after few days of using, the account was restricted because of some region problem i guess they decided to have only certain regions access to the app. I tried refunding on the app and its saying error i should try again no matter the try i try my refund wont happen

This process is time-consuming and requires a significant amount of patience, which is often unrecoverable.

This app needs to stop the way it restricts account cause it not fair , you text one number the next minute your account has been restricted for one day after the 24 hr expires you text hello to another number immediately you get the same restriction that you just finished waiting for earlier so frustrating

This is not consistent. I frequently miss text messages. I always get a notification sound, but when I go to see the message half the time it’s not there.

Great App, but recent changes are very bad
I’ve been using this app for more than 10 years now. It really does work flawlessly, but my current observation / complaint is the ads have become out of control. Literally every click triggers a 20 second ad. I get it that ads are how they earn enough $ to justify and support the app, but it’s just so out of control now that it’s almost unusable. Every click of t swipe triggers another ad. Probably the most excessive than every other app I own.
Functionally, this app is fantastic otherwise. I’ve contemplated paying to remove ads, but a) I just don’t use it enough, and b) the price is way out of line to their competition.

Where to begin?!
I paid until June 30, it completely stopped working June 11 & it is saying all my information is gone, I can’t make a ticket for support. I need my call logs for my court case & it’s an extremely important part 😭PLEASE if anyone can help me figure this out 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💔 (PS I’m being very open & vulnerable right now…this is a DV case)
