The remember me button doesn’t work. Every time I open the app I’m prompted to sign in — even minutes later after I switch apps or go back to the Home Screen! Fix this!

Trash
This app is trash. 50/50 shot of it actually opening. Then you won’t be able locate you vehicles. Doesn’t matter if you’re on WiFi or not. Yet they promote the hell out of their new updates app. Figure it out NexTraq.

Time to update the app, super slow and shows my vehicle not moving when they are moving.
Won’t work
I’ve downloaded The app on my phone and my iPad. Both start the app and never open. Just sits for a sec then crashes. Please fix this. I’ve got 30 vehicles with you all

I run an ambulance service. I don’t have 3-5 minutes to wait for the app to load then another 2 to locate my trucks.

I wish there was a -5 star choice. This is the worse app I have ever downloaded. I have been a nextraq customer for many years and during ALL those years for some reason they cannot get their app to work at all!!! I’m an iPhone user and have all the latest updates on my phone and from the app. I also just had ALL NEW hard wired GPS units installed and the app still is not even good enough to be considered terrible. Trucks missing, vehicles idling that are not, showing last update 15 min ago when it should have reports each minute. And the app will not refresh you have to exit the app and reload and most of the time that does not even work. Honestly if these bugs are not corrected I’m making a change.....as a business owner we cannot always have a PC with us....it’s ridiculous that after all these years Nextraq cannot produce an App that will work with there hardware. Don’t waste your time downloading.

App does NOT work
Horrible
This app is horrible on IOS. I just recently switched bace to iPhone and I had no problem with it on Android. But even after the update it continues to crash as soon as you open. And if it does open it doesn’t zoom in correctly.
Fails to open again
Installed the app. Started up the first and second time. The third time it will not open. Deleted the app and reloaded it and it will not start/open up.
Latest update stinks
It's freezing up when I try to locate a vehicle and it shows the whole days travel history and zooms in and out on its own. It shows waypoints which cover over other vehicles
Not happy with the app
App doesn't help at all. Please do fix the app we would definitely love to be able to go everything we do at the website through the phone app. Thank you
