Glitches
It states that the mobile app works on the iPhone X but it is very glitchy, works when it wants too. Have to keep deleting & installing just to get it to work.
Disappointed
After a few years of trouble free use, both the app and online banking have been down for at least three weeks. Customer service can’t tell me when or if the app will be functional again. Disappointing because I depend on this service.
One would think that the problem could be figured out and fixed quickly.

Glitches
Seems lots of glitches in this software. Surprised a NY based software company couldn’t be found to handle the system. Had several days where I had to involve a customer service representative to do a simple money transfer.
No balance total in account listing.
Pretty disappointed an app in 2020 doesn’t show the most basic of functions like the website does.
Planning to move money around from account to account without getting out the calculator to do math seems a bit silly this day in age. Make a balance somewhere in the app that shows and active number so people aren’t over-drafting accounts for no reason.
I’m hoping someone with some pull reads this and notices that the functionality between the website and the app aren’t the same.

Missing Mobile Deposit
Pretty much a basic mobile banking app. Missing some features that one has come to expect in this day and age like mobile deposit.
Was good
Seems to have some bugs in it. Amounts in any account have not shown up in weeks. Would be 5star.
