The Tunebox2 needs a firmware update
I wish Nexum would support their products. Since the two last iphone OS updates the Tunebox2 loses contact unless the volume is pressed on the device. After every SINGLE song or video.
I hope a firmware update will arrive. Those devices are still sold and otherwise worked very well.

Needs update
Cannot update firmware on NEXUM device. Hardware and software seems neglected and not supported any longer by manufacturer. Could use the addition of Amazon music native like Spotify and updates to app usability. The NEXUM device is great, would be 5 stars if developers cared to make it up-to-date

It works
If you need help with setting up a product, NEXUM seller on amazon responds very quickly. I would have been a little lost had I not asked some questions prior to my tunebox2 tb20 purchase. App worked fine, but good luck if you try to rely solely on the Engrish within the app.
Works ok, but impossible to use or understand
If only this proprietary app worked better for updating NEXUM devices. English is practically indecipherable and app is clunky and rough. Update needed BADLY.
