Ya me cansé de estar reiniciando de fábrica la cámara, configurar y después de unas horas vuelva a fallar. No recomiendo las cámaras.
Absolutely useless and pathetic product
I Spent approx $2500 for 8 cameras, indoor and outdoor, 6 door and window sensors, and indoor motion sensor alarms for serious legal domestic situation.
Motion sensor doesn’t work and just goes off randomly. The door sensors just pop up in app hours or next day late. The cloud storage is absolute utter garbage, slow poor quality, blends and overlays images from other cameras with pathetic black and white night vision. All any and everything was completely wasted and is useless in a court of law

Not reliable cameras. Bad networking
As it is. Even though I have a strong Wi-Fi connection sometimes doesn’t work.
I think te communication is lost between the process of detecting movement - encrypting connection.
Maybe is too much for the app or the camera to handle.

Low Bandwidth To Support HD Cameras
The company has not invested the money to provide proper bandwidth for the video stream to clients who purchase high definition cameras. I kept getting error messages with dark screens stating that the system encountered a problem with a small image of a satellite. Even resetting the camera several times did not solve the problem. My internet service is incredibly fast and outstanding so that was not the problem. I played with the camera and solved the problem after I turned off the HD setting and the HDR (High Dynamic Resolution) setting. This defeats the purpose of selling an HD camera with decent features in the first place! This really upsets me because I purchased cloud storage with the company for one of the 2 cameras installed at the same home. I still had the problem even as a cloud service paying customer. This is a decent product with mediocre service and very poor infrastructure to back it up.

Desperately anoying
The worst user experience and the most useless app I’ve ever tried to use. Spent hours trying to set up mesh routers and could not get them to use the full bandwidth. Wish I could return them.

En mi caso lo tengo conectado por medio de Ethernet y funciona bien, da casi la misma velocidad qué directamente del router o modem principal.

Tienes sus fallos la app, tienes que entrar por dirección web para configurarlo correctamente. Veo que la app desde hace 11 meses no la actualizan que urge. He tenido que reiniciarlo por fallo. Ojalá estén al pendiente de los productos si no será pésima compra.

De manera arcaica debes conectar con CABLE el router al módem y aún así es imposible conectar los dispositivos, realmente basura y sin ayuda clara

no es para grandes hogares
tengo 8 cámaras y no hay forma de verlas en una computadora, no tienen versión web y ver 8 cámaras en un celular es imposible, se necesita una lupa, aparte no tiene forma de reproducción rápida, hay que comerse toda la grabación a tiempo real

No funciona su cámara cada vez que entro en la aplicación solo dice estableciendo un canal encriptado

No hay opción para configurar Siri
Leí en toda la documentación que había un menú donde se podía configurar con Siri y ahora que quiero hacerlo, en la aplicación no viene la opción, solo permite configuración de Alexa y otros pero Siri no 🫠

Alguien me podría ayudar explicándome, le inserte a la cámara memoria y cuando quiero ver las grabaciones, me dice que no hay vídeo que reproducir y capacidad libre aún tiene, la memoria para grabar. Me podrían auxiliar, qué debo de hacer para que logre ver las grabaciones. Gracias
