Not user friendly. Lacks modern features. Terrible experience

I’ll just make my own rules!

Officials have to pay for online rulebooks, 10-30$. I’ll make my own rules from now on! Great idea!

Money grab

I like this app. But in order to get the new rules, which are just a few, I have to purchase another complete rule book. I would gladly pay proportionally to update the app I’ve already downloaded
