Horrible App
I downloaded this app for my high school flag football team. I purchased the new rules book. There is no way to share the rules with my other coaches, I tried to share it and no one can open it. So they expect us to pay for each additional coach to have a copy? That’s horrible! There should be an easy share option for my coaches after I purchase. Please fix this so we can share this with our coaching staff.

PDF better
I’d rather get my paper rule book and pay for a PDF that I can really use. Most of this is unreadable with older eyes, and just difficult.

The current version is so glitchy and search is unreliable. Hardly useable.
Massive improvement
Everything that was wrong with NFHS AllAccess has been addressed in this version. I appreciate fast and usable search, and content that fits the screen. Great job!
Endless loop
I have an account with your store but apparently have forgotten the password. There is no reset for it that I can find. I’ve tried to go in my profile and can’t find a password reset.
It’s too difficult to get stuck in this endless loop of trying to login to buy rules and case books.

Amazing App!
I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I have found it extremely easy to find the rules, bookmark, highlight, share etc…. Possible the folks leaving bad reviews just aren’t smart enough to figure it out.

This app is trash. The customer service is trash. The digital access is is limited. Even if I lease a digital copy, I should still be able to do what I want with it. You don’t tell people who leaves cars that they can’t drive three states over so how am I being limited in the leasing of a digital copy this does not make sense. It is asinine and simply stupid.
Update: received an email from a rep named Dana, and their response was trash when asked about a physical copy Dana a referenced copyright infringement. I’m simply trying to understand. How would I copyright and infringe on the rules that nobody reads? Are you all out here with us? Do you hear what we hear these people don’t know the rules and you worry about officials engaging in copyright infringement? Whoever is running this organization..

Fixing isn't broken
NFHS has now twice replaced a superior application with a less superior one. Two times in a row they have attempted to fix what wasn't broken. God only knows what horrible App will replace this one.
This app is so bad I may rip out each page from the actual book, scan it, make it searchable, and save it in my iBooks. in fact, that's exactly what I'm going to do. I'm not going to sell the PDF as an alternative to this monstrosity but I guarantee you somebody will. That's how bad this app is.
Whatever the app was that existed before the prior app, go back to that and stop trying to fix something that's not broken.

Pure Greed and Garbage
This is the ONLY institution that charges officials for digital copies that we already pay for in the state association. USA/NCAA/ and all other federations don’t charge for both a paper copy and digital. Greed and Garbage.
TOO EXPENSIVE
I’ll just deal with the print rule and case books with the font that is extremely small for $12 each book, Can’t even read it without magnifying glass. This app is nothing more than paying additional $$$ for each book that will have to be paid again each year for new rule books. Why not have an app with ONE price?

2025 NFHS Baseball Rules digital book… table of contents shows the index…. 2026 version, nope.
2025 NFHS Baseball Rules digital book… permits creating, saving, and using bookmarks… 2026 version, nope.
2025 NFHS Baseball Rules digital book… when locating an item in the index, tapping on said item takes you to that item in the book (common sense functionality)… 2026 version, nope.
2025 NFHS Baseball Rules digital book… when a rule is referenced in the text, tapping on that rule takes you to that rule, aka “link” (command sense functionality)… 2026 version, nope.
My observation: Perhaps a failed transition from NFHS All Access to NFHS Digital has resulted in several items falling by the wayside?
I apologize. I’m not fond of presenting an issue/problem without also presenting a possible solution(s). I’m not sure how to recommend anything, other than going back to square one and re-design with actual officials providing input… kind of a quality assurance/functionality check.
If at all possible, please dedicate any/all resources possible to make the 2026 NFHS Baseball Rules digital book and 2026 NFHS Baseball Case digital book useable. In their current iteration, they’re pretty much more frustrating that useful. In the meantime, I’ll just wait for my 2026 paper books to arrive and reference my 2025 paper rule books.

Useless Tool
As an official, we’d be so much better off with just a PDF. Using this on a Mac, you can’t search. On a phone, it’s clunky and isn’t intuitive to what section you are in for a search. This tool is nearly impossible to use quickly on a field or in doing research at home and needs to be reworked. It is terrible that they charge us for this as it’s unusable.

As a long time high school official, I liked the quizzes that were available for FREE! Now, everything comes with a cost. I would rather have the rule books in hand but digital makes it most convenient. You surely can do better with the multitude of memberships

Difficult to purchase rules book
Ridiculous to have to pay to access rules
Completely ridiculous to charge officials and anyone else for access to the rules for what are largely public school sporting events. This creates an issue of equal educational opportunity (not available to all regardless of socioeconomic status) which is mandated by several acts of congress. It has always shocked me that these books continue to be behind a paywall. You are not doing us officials any favors by locking out the uneducated general public (high school sports parents, coaches, administrators, players) from being able to educate themselves on the specifics of the rules.

Can’t search to purchase books
This is absolutely pathetic. I need the new boys soccer rulebook and would love to give my hard earned money to NFHS. However, when I go to the store to search for it, nothing shows up…. Like why make me go through this, I’m just trying to do my job.
Where are the books?
Logged in today (11/23/25) to buy a basketball rules book for digital use because shipping on a paper copy is more than the book itself and there is literally NOTHING in the digital store. This is ridiculous!!!!!
