Since order the service on Friday night it has been horrible. The app isn’t working to watch the game on demand

Scoreboard
We will be watching a game and the scoreboard will stay on for maybe two minutes. Then it goes away, where the scoreboard was turns black and never comes back.
We will be watching the game with a full screen on our iPad. We haven’t touched that iPad at all and the screen will go smaller.
Can you please help us to get our scoreboard back and keep our screen full size.

Poor coverage
Game says it live but no game is playing. I paid too much money for this kind of quality!
Games not showing as advertised
Two regular season games for teams that I follow were not aired on NFHS Network.
Network awful
The game keeps pausing, skipping and replaying the same plays. Stop scrubbing and just stream the game
Aggravating
The cameras never work. Always service interruptions. It makes me angry I pay $80 a year and only get to watch not even half of the things I want.
Not worth asking price
Picture is almost always blurry and only works sometimes. Not worth the price they’re asking for a subscription

Only Option But Sucks
Their streaming absolutely sucks. Stops too much and you are constantly watching the commercials because every time it drops it shows that same Ford commercial. If there was another option, I wouldn’t waste my money.

Very disappointed in the service. I just subscribed to it last week with the intention to watch my grandson first football game of the season as he lives out of state. The stream never went live and couldn’t watch the game

Keeps charging me and I already canceled subscription. I deleted the app and it’s still charging
This is why monopolies aren’t allowed
NFHS is so bad. But, in a lot of states, they hold the rights to HS sports so you’re stuck with them. All too frequently the video quality is unwatchable or the scheduled game just isn’t on. If your game runs past the scheduled time slot, it will just cut the feed. I can’t say enough bad things about them. If you must use them, DO NOT buy an annual pass.

Cancelling is hard
I’ve used this app twice. You should be able to pay for a single sporting event without buying a monthly subscription. One time fee would be easy. I’d even pay more. I’ve used the app twice and spent more time trying to verify who I am just to cancel the subscription which invariably fails. The model of getting people to sign up hoping they will forget to cancel is disingenuous. bye up front with your customers. Just cause I want to watch a one time championship doesn’t mean I need a subscription. Charge me $19.99 and I’ll pay it. Don’t make me have to go back and cancel a $13.99 monthly subscription. Do better!

Bad quality and terrible customer service
SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT DO NOT PUT YOUR PAYMENT INFO ON YHIS APP ! They don’t put the right labels on streams and I was told by the “CUSTOMER SERVICE”hat I would receive a refund and never did then they tried charging me again after I cancelled my subscription ! And it was a total nightmare to cancel !
