Nghiệp vụ trợ giúp pháp lý is the official application of the Vietnam Ministry of Justice, designed to help eligible Vietnamese citizens access legal aid services quickly, conveniently, and securely. The application is available to citizens who are entitled to legal aid under Vietnamese law, including people with meritorious service, low-income individuals, children, older adults, persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities, and other eligible groups. To ensure the accuracy of legal records and protect personal information, user accounts are verified and created by authorized administrators using the citizen's official identification information. Citizens use it to request and track legal aid services, while legal aid officers use it to process and respond to those requests.
