It’s fine. Features are lacking and the speed of updates is underwhelming. Does not work with iPhone 17 camera beware, kind of a turn off.

This wallet is something different from what I’m used to: big screen, QR transactions, I cal see the full address I’m interacting with, nice display, good sync with the app and air gapped I guess.
Good combo or upgrade if you’ve been using Ledger like me.

It’s time for some updates
I’ve been using the Ngrave for almost a year now with no major updates to the user interface. If there was one feature, I would say we absolutely need it would be a way to see our portfolio growth day by day. How can a $500 hardware wallet not do this but yet $70 hardware wallet does this just fine?

Updated 3 months ago and today still crashes
It has not worked or loaded for six months now. Updated 3 times in App Store. Still same thing. Opens and shows some screen with 2 buttons at the bottom then crashes and closes. It crashes so fast I can’t even see what the screen says. It does this after I type in my pin.

The app started collecting financial information lately after stating no data is collected from the app.

Was working before update
It was working before the latest update. Now it opens, says welcome back and ask for PIN number. After typing in pin it goes to some screen less than a second and crashes. You can’t even read what the screen says.
Stable app - missing portfolio features
Stable app that works nicely together with Ngrave device but it is missing portfolio features to see in example how much your investments increase/decreased over last day, month, year.

NGRAVE Lite
The new app looks a lot better. Functionality now improved with basic trendlines so have increased star rating by one. But no analytic options make it limited and would be really appreciated and shouldn’t be too difficult to do? The arrival of swaps is great...but still no exchange to buy / sell. No staking. No direct selling. Could NGRAVE please just buy Exodus? Seems like a good fit- great software and great hardware.

Please add the ability to see the growth of the wallet portfolio over time. This is present in all other financial apps and is crucial for seeing crypto value
Can’t send crypto
I’ve tried everything, the wallet makes crypto stuck not spendable and so far behind on the tech. Idk where these reviews are coming from but something just feels off about this.
