The product seems ok, we dont know but the app is very not user friendly and it randomly disconnects from bluetooth making it impossible to do stuff like add passwords and fingerprints. If i cant even connect then i cant put in a fingerprint or password. Plus the dynamic passcode is inconvenient to use all the time in order to get in. Fix your App!! Or Product!!

I’m happy with my purchase. Bought 2 outdoor cameras and 4 inside ones. Hardest thing was getting them to connect to my WiFi but after that, everything was easy!
Great until it wasn’t.
We bought this as a great deal around Amazon Prime day and it has worked up until about a week ago. There is nothing wrong with the device itself, but now it only says device offline. It seems like there is an update missing. I check avidly for one in the App Store and nothing. Hope this is not a waste of our time and money. Get this fixed.

I really love this device .. only one thing I keel get message to charge the battery. How do I charge the battery?
Pretty much trash
After spending about 6 hours trying to add a sub device to a gateway I came to the conclusion that the programmers only seem to be able to program blank pages. Pretty useless if you ask me. Also, I guess I will have to return the hardware too.

I really love this app. The camera system is so easy to see and access. It really helps keeping a watch on your home and gives you safety and peace of mind.
Great camera, not so great app/software.
The doorbell camera itself is physically solid, not complaints there. They also did well with the design. The “NGTeco Home” app on the other hand, not as great. The technology isn’t bad, but there are a few issues. The biggest one i’ve ran into is that there is no distinctive alert or ring when someone is at the door. It pops up with the normal alert sound, and says “You have a visitor.”, but so does the motion detection. If you have the app open and someone happens to ring the bell, it actually pops up like a video call and gives you answer/decline options.... this should be the case all the time. I have missed plenty of visitors because I didn’t realize someone was at the door. Also, it states there is Cloud storage for recording, my app has NO cloud storage option.
