Just won’t connect
I tried one million times and it won’t connect to machine
Wrong language
At some point my app turned automatically from English to French. Now it’s giving me an error message, but of course it’s in French!!! Frustrating!! Now I can’t access my time data, it’s time for payroll. I can’t find any help😢
Great customer service
amazing customer service. they will walk you through step by step to troubleshoot, setup, and configure their devices. most recent help I got was from Michael for my timestamp machine.
Amazing app
There just needs an edit and delete feature for duplicate punch ins. Please add a delete/trash option.
Worst app ever
If I could give this zero stars I would, cannot ever connect to the app because it says I’m not on the same network when I am all the time. Disappointed looked at some of the reviews and seems this is a reoccurring issue, that just isn’t being resolved! Wish I would switch time clocks at this point!

Es una constante las fallas y omisiones en REPORTES en la APP , al solicitar REPOSTTES DE ASISTENCIA se queda trabado., mal muy mal. Esperemos se resuelva con una futura actualizacion
Muy disfuncional
Las asistencias que aparecen en el dispositivo checador, no se actualizan con la aplicación y cada vez que quieres acceder a la aplicación, te pide que te conectes nuevamente al dispositivo dispositivo, sencillamente es un dolor de cabeza.

Non è possibile un controllo completo del device da app, spero si migliori perché il timer dipendenti sembra molto buono.

Unable to connect
Says Wi-Fi must match. Wi-Fi matches. Says to reset time clock, phone, router. Done. Nothing will get this to connect and tech support videos are gone. Do not recommend.
Set up is a pain
Unclear installation instructions, already 3 hours past still telling me connection failed

Clock freeze!
After using the app to add or modify hours the clock freezes and has to be rebooted
Wi Fi
Cannot connect between Iphone and time clock. To connect I have to scan QR code every time to I want to get hours or attendance to my phone
This is the worst app
This app alway had issues connecting to the device. After a vacation, I have spent the better part of an hour trying to connect and I am no closer to succeeding. This was a horrible purchase. Go with a different time clock system.

The clock on outer appearances seems to work fine.
Even when a person clocks in, on their next interaction with the clock, it may stamp them as in again instead of out. This is intermittent, weekly issue.
Reports don’t align correctly with date actually worked and date shown on downloaded report.
Within the app, the dates of clock-in/clock-out are correct. When report sent to email or downloaded, the dates are moved. This causes pay discrepancies.
Check other brands.
