Absolutely horrible authentication system but great customer service

I had a difficult time verifying my identity but awesome person on the customer service calling line. I will have to mail something to verify which I do not want to do. So, meh.

Great app!!!

I love this app! I never have problems with it. I live in Maine but I’m 5 minutes from the border into freedom New Hampshire. I always go to the stores in New Hampshire. The Maine lottery app is garbage compared to yours. Congratulations!!!👍
