App Error!
Please be aware! If you must use this app, SCREEN RECORD every time you play! Sometimes the app will crash even when you win big, and then it will tell you that the session never happened! They will NOT give you your money that you won unless you have PROOF you of the winnings ( and of course they have no record of it because of error in their code! Maybe it’s intentional ). Also who would want to use an app you have to be scared about it crashing when you win and they act like it never happened? So please be aware to always document your games! Even if you try to talk to them about it, they will just keep pushing you in circles for weeks on end fighting it. We shouldn’t be using these apps who are afraid to admit when they are wrong, and will die over only a couple hundred dollars!

E-instant games are kinda rip-off
The app is convenient and nice to use/have... i do like that part... the instant games have really bad payoffs for how much you out into them... until/unless they fix the cheapo payoffs its kind of ripping people off!
Lots of room for improvement
The app is not very intuitive at all. Finding your draws and whether you won or not is not easy to find which is ridiculous.

I’ve never had a problem until recently but now it’s saying I need to verify my bank account (only for withdrawals not deposits) I uploaded the voided check like it told me to but I kept getting the same message. I did the contact help email and the auto response said to email them if I need help! Then it updated to saying the check doesn’t match my account so I sent another form and it’s still pending. Mind you, they have taken 2 deposits out of this account during this…

Spin to win is disappointing. Have played over 40 times and only 4 instances where I received something other than entries nothing worth more than $5 in tickets and that was once.

I’ve been using this app since well before the new update, and, I realize that the chances of winning are slim to none. Now I just don’t know how to know if I did win??

I have played the lottery in many states. Little hits here and there over the years. Since I started playing the NH Lottery on this app I have invested minimally and the rewards have been more than sufficient in vast contrast to pass plays in the store. The rewards program is pretty cool too. Give it a try you won’t regret it. Ohh and always play smart. If you have a gambling addiction always stay small and play in small amounts. You may be surprised with your results.

Limits
They really need to get rid of the deposit limits. It's a little ridiculous. We're all adults. I can walk into a casino in NH or a store and play as much lottery as I want. It's my money, I should be able to play as much as I want. 1 star until the limits go away.

I’ve won a ton of money playing the games on this app and the NHLottery website. It’s super easy to get signed up and you can cash out your winnings in like 10 mins. Always adding new games and lots of promotions. Plus the ability to scan your scratch offs and the rewards it offers by doing so are pretty engaging and cool as well.
