Cool App

Verified the results and they are correct. Awesome free app ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Just wrong

I've compared the results with other tables and they are wrong. Wrong enough to not use it for engineering

Inaccurate

The saturation temperatures do not match up with the saturation pressures correctly. A good example is at 27 C. The enthalpy should be ~113 but it is ~123. The app is good for rough calculations. If they fixed the saturation temperatures and pressures then it would be 5 stars.

Great App!!!

As a mechanical engineer, this app really helps and saves me a lot of time.

Useful for the price

Very reliable free app for steam tables

FAQ

What are the accuracy limitations of nH2O?

nH2O's functions are generally accurate to within 1% of conventional routines. They are designed for dynamic thermodynamic simulation and are not identical to ASME, IAPWS, or IFC formulations. Specific accuracy ranges are provided for subcooled liquid and superheated vapor properties.

What specific properties can nH2O calculate?

nH2O can calculate Pressure (P), Temperature (T), Enthalpy (h), Entropy (s), Specific Volume (v), Density (ฯ), and Quality (x) for steam and water.

Does nH2O support different unit systems?

Yes, nH2O supports both US Conventional units and Conventional SI units, making it versatile for users worldwide.

What calculation methods does nH2O offer?

nH2O calculates saturation properties as a function of Pressure (P) and Temperature (T). It also calculates subcooled, saturation, and superheated properties as a function of Pressure & Enthalpy (PH) or Pressure & Temperature (PT).

What is the age rating for nH2O?

nH2O has an age rating of 4+, making it suitable for a wide range of users.

On which devices can I use nH2O?

nH2O is available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod devices.

How often is nH2O updated?

The latest version of nH2O is 2.1.0, which was last updated on June 26, 2020. Future updates may be released by the developer.

What is the developer of nH2O?

nH2O is developed by nHance Technologies, Inc.
