Very informative
I appreciate this app because I get instant messages about my children and how they are doing in class. I like to stay on top of their projects and school work. If I am informed about any subject my children has trouble in I can act quickly and help resolve any issues so they can continue to get good grades!

Does not even work
When I try to open the app it just keeps loading forever. I tried different network, redownloading app, updating the app, and updating my device but it still does not wanna work.

Great app when itās workingā¦
This app was great for keeping up with my daughter grades, attendance, etc when it was working. Since last year, the app has only given my a blank screen. I have reached out several times to receive assistance with this issue but I have not heard back. I have uninstalled and re-installed and same thingā¦ blank screen. Not sure what is going on! Very disappointed.

Revert back to the old layout
Despite the new one being a breath of fresh air, the old one was simpler & I was used to it. If it aināt broke donāt fix it.
Love/hate relationship with this app
I love the fact that I can see what I need to see in regards to grades and what not, but this app is always crashing on me and Iām constantly having to re-sign in every day. I didnāt have this issue before they upgraded the app.

Nothing is good
Nothing about this app is good. It forces me to login every single time I open it, even when checking āremember meā. After login, it goes to the authentication screen where it will stay, until you tap Done in the top right corner - every single time I login. It also appears to make a call to re-fetch the data every time you go into a class then back out, it will sit there and take time to refresh. Going back into the same class you were just in will cause the data to refresh again, so youāre stuck waiting even longer. Please fix this app before next school year!!

About 75% of the time that I click on the app it is completely blank! I donāt get it.
More of a headache!!!
When trying to get in to check grades the page wonāt load. Itās super frustrating especially when your child is grounded until grades come up. Sorry son youāre still grounded because I canāt check your gradesā¦š¤¦āāļøš¤¦āāļø
