Was a good app and convenient way of ordering food. Now it’s just another Grab scam.
Removed special instructions
I added no coriander/ cilantro. I triple checked & they removed it. Entire order in the trash because of that disgusting weed 🤢
Keyboard covers the submit button.
Tried 5 times but your pop-up keyboard covers all the buttons so nothing can be entered. Horrible and frustrating design. I guess they don’t want customers, but it does make me wonder what business are they really in?

Cant even register as the app wont accept a 0 as the first part of phone number
It Never Gives You Updates
The driver icon never moves so you have no idea where they are, you just get a call when they are at your building…very annoying
