Was a good app and convenient way of ordering food. Now it’s just another Grab scam.
Removed special instructions
I added no coriander/ cilantro. I triple checked & they removed it. Entire order in the trash because of that disgusting weed 🤢
Keyboard covers the submit button.
Tried 5 times but your pop-up keyboard covers all the buttons so nothing can be entered. Horrible and frustrating design. I guess they don’t want customers, but it does make me wonder what business are they really in?
Disappointing
Cant even register as the app wont accept a 0 as the first part of phone number
It Never Gives You Updates
The driver icon never moves so you have no idea where they are, you just get a call when they are at your building…very annoying
Ordered food
20 minutes after ordering my food it got cancelled because the store “ran out of items” highly recommend using any other food delivery service in Cambodia . NHAM24 not good
Good, but fix referrals!
Good app and updates, but the referral system still refers to 2022, so there's no benefit to inviting your friends. Please update it to allow referral earning in 2023 and help grow the app!
WORST APP AND SERVICE
Orders are never pushed to restaurants, it can take an hour to find out Nham just had your order in queue, then you will find out the store closed!!!! Worst app, please shut this app down it has the worst user experience and it’s nothing but a scam and waste of time and money. DON’T THIS CR@P unless you have hours and hours to waste!!!!!

Really?
I started using this app around 3 years ago, they added these random updates where it says it will fix bugs and other problems. Nothing has changed since then and its laggy. I have really good internet when i do this, it still fails to be good. When you order from somewhere it says “Driver instructions” which tell the driver specifically where you want them to deliver. I typed in what i wanted and they always fail to deliver where i want. I write this in english sometimes (Because im from england), but now I translate it to khmer. They still fail to follow simple instructions.

Promotion issues
For the past few days we were using NHAM24 for its really good promotions that included one where if you used your ABA Visa card as payment they take out 5 dollars out of the final order. This was great until today where not only was my card declined but my girlfriends as well. First we make a call to the support and the first woman said that the store was closed that’s why it was cancelled, but the store was still open for another 2 hours… Then a guy answered saying there was a problem with the payment method or that I hadn’t updated my app. Nope none of the above and I’m still waiting for “I will talk to my boss and resolve this issue for you”, as if that will ever work. Very disappointed in the services

Website is always having issues.
I’ve only had been able to get through once, I think they’ve also changed their same? The website doesn’t say Nham24 and when they call do confirm it was another name completely. Today it’s letting me leave this message but sight is down. Not cool

Bad app to order
You need to wait for a phone call to confirm almost every orders otherwise the orders will be canceled. If I need to talk to you why I need to order with an app? Also, the app is very slow processing orders.

I’ve been using this app for years and there aren’t any major issues. The customer support is superb fast

You put the order. They don’t reply. The order doesn’t get accepted even when you call the restaurant !! Nham24 do not reply to messages or phone call. Just use foodpanda E-GetS or ypp !!!

Pleasant Suprise
Having just moved to PP, I was told Nham was the best service app for delivering food. It has been great so far, albeit only 2 weeks of use. I did have an issue with my Credit Card not working but that was on my end and fraud prevention. I would rate it 5 stars but it doesn’t provide an estimated time of delivery. So far so good and if something changes I will come back to update my rating.

Bad app
Won’t let me update information and my daughter has had the sam problem. They keep sending to wrong location even after we change the address.
