About

Make sense of food and how you feel. NibbleIQ brings meals, drinks, symptoms and everyday context into one simple diary. Record what you notice, then explore what appears together across your own days. A rushed lunch. Another cup of chai. A headache after a short night. Keep the details together so you have something concrete to look back on. LOG FOOD IN YOUR OWN WORDS Type “2 roti, dal and rice”, dictate with your keyboard’s microphone, or repeat a recent meal. Review and correct your words before sending. Add water in one tap and keep chai, coffee and other drinks in the picture. CAPTURE HOW YOU FEEL Log bloating, acidity, headaches, energy, sleep quality or hunger when you notice them. Record how strong it feels, with an optional diary note. Comfortable moments belong here too. LOOK BEYOND THE MEAL Who did you eat with? Was lunch rushed or mindful? Was it a busy day or a change of routine? If you choose, connect Apple Health to include available sleep and steps. A wearable is optional. SEE YOUR DAYS TOGETHER Explore feelings alongside food, meal setting, sleep and daily activity. Compare groups of recorded days, see the observation counts and open the original entries. A missed check-in is not counted as feeling fine. For food and drink comparisons, mark a day complete after logging everything you ate and drank. There is no fixed timeline for finding a pattern. Comparisons need enough suitable records, and sometimes no clear connection appears. BRING YOUR DIARY TO A CONVERSATION Create a readable PDF for your doctor, dietitian or nutritionist. Choose 7, 14 or 30 days and the sections to include: meals, feelings, daily context, sleep and steps, and app observations. Weight, body measurements and nutrition totals are optional. Preview the PDF, then choose where to save or share it. Add any accompanying message in your email or messaging app. FOLLOW WEIGHT AND NUTRITION, IF USEFUL Use the diary for weight management, symptom awareness, or both. Follow weight, waist and hip over time, and review recorded calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre. No calorie entry is needed to start a diary. KEEP CONTROL You choose what to record, whether to connect health data and what to include in a PDF. Download your raw records as CSV files or delete your account from Profile. Start with a meal, a drink or a feeling. Nutrition values are estimates and depend on what you log. Patterns show associations in your records; they do not establish what caused a symptom. NibbleIQ does not diagnose conditions or provide medical or nutritional advice.

A clearer picture of your days, and a diary you can share. • Explore feelings alongside meal company, eating pace, sleep, steps and daily routine, with the observations behind each comparison. • See meals, feelings and health records together on a chosen day. Connect Apple Health if you want to include available sleep and activity. • Share a readable diary PDF with your doctor, dietitian or nutritionist. Choose your dates and sections, preview every page, then save or share. • Include weight and body measurement changes or daily nutrition totals when useful for weight management or a nutrition review. • Improved step counting and sleep totals, a 14-day health sync, and dated summaries showing today’s steps alongside your latest sleep and resting heart rate. • A new introduction shows how a little logging can help you notice what repeats. • Keep reminders and check-ins in one place. Snooze a meal reminder for 15, 30 or 60 minutes. • Log food, drinks and feelings for today or an earlier date, with clearer water timing and meal choices. Patterns show associations in your records, not proof of a cause.
