Bring back osko payments
Osko payments no longer working at all. Makes it impossible to manage transfers. Ridiculous in the is day and age.

New update has removed previous features including Osko and PayID
The app is no longer fast and accessible for inter-bank transfers meaning that payments now take longer than they did before. The fact that you have to completely reset as well is ridiculous. Hopefully these issues get fixed soon.
Being an interstate customer also means I don’t have immediate access to branches. This update may be the final straw that pushes me to close my account with NICU

I can’t believe when you make an update to an app you sign people out. Then when the person has forgotten their password, they have to call the branch, but the branch is closed over weekends so now you can’t access any of your OWN accounts.
Fix this bug. You should be able to reset password online. This is absolutely horrible.
