I don’t care how my health information is anonymized before being applied to national statistical models: I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SIGN OFF RIGHTS TO MY PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION FOR THE MODERN VERSION OF THE NIELSEN BOX. IT IS ONE THING TO SHARE WHAT YOU WATCH. IT IS ANOTHER TO SHARE YOUR HEALTH ISSUES. I don’t like to be reminded of my disabilities and I know all this would do is aggressively benefit market research firms that provide targeting ads on people’s phones. No thanks, and [redacted]!

VPN is not good
Like others have mentioned the VPN you have to use is a constant struggle. The rewards points are fairly generous. I’ve only been using the app for about 3 days and have already earned $5 but be prepared to constantly have to disconnect the VPN. It will not only slow down data but will make certain apps completely unusable including basic apps like Apple Maps.
lol the absolute irony of this app is that I couldn’t even view the rewards page from within the app until I disconnected the VPN!
Learn to quick disconnect the VPN and you’ll get by. But if it continues being this horribly annoying I’ll probably uninstall it after my first reward cash in.
Update: wasn’t worth the effort. VPN is so horrible. I got to $10 and deleted this app. VPN is so infuriating I just couldn’t do it anymore.

It's Decent So Far
Love the app so far! It can also be used alongside my VPN Super App. But one issue i have, along with MANY others in the review section here is the VPN CONSTANTLY disconnects. All my apps very briefly say "disconnected" and "connected" all the time. I turn VPN off and back on, and still does it. I turn off app, still does it. I delete and reinstall app, helps for a little while, a day or so, and starts up again. I hate constantly reinstalling it, bc i have to reconnect all my accounts to it again. This disconnection will happen with or without my other VPN Super being on or connected. Other than that, awesome app! I have enough points as of now to redeem for a few gift cards for popular companies! I'm gonna save them tho when i get a higher amount. I also saw they have Venmo and Cash-out options other than specific gift cards! So you can get the money to spend on anything you want! Great app! Will Update to 5 stars if they fix the CONSTANT VPN disconnecting all the time that plagues me and many others in the REVIEW section here. This app seems to be better than other screen time or data collecting apps. Just use your phone like normal. Use the connected accounts more like Netflix and Amazon Prime to earn more daily points! Leave it running in background on phone. I will say it does eat up a bit of data. So be aware of that if on a limited data plan! 🙏

Read the reviews before downloading
I did not read the reviews on this app before downloading it big mistake because my phone is constantly going between online and offline. I have only had the app 2 days so at first I tried restarting my phone and it was good for a few hours now it is worse than before
VPN bug
I would’ve rated this 5 stars, but there’s 2 small problems…. 1: Nielsens VPN breaks my WiFi, and by break I can’t use any signal… I’ve found that restarting or turning OFF the vpn works and fixes the problem, but it’s continuously happening.. second issue, I’m earning random points per day, sometimes it’s 15, sometimes 30, it’s sometimes it’s a random 45… it’s unpredictable and frustrating… and the available points is glitched, on the main menu and connected menu, it shows the amount from when I last redeemed something, and it shows 20… it’s been like that for at least an entire month, BUT.. when I click on redeem, it shows the actual amount, 1435, which is right, but why won’t it update on the actual menu so I don’t have to check by going a whole extra step…. Please fix this Nielsen

If your trying to earn money
Don’t download this app! This app requires you to have your VPN on in order to track your device. So if your using other earn money apps the offers you complete on those apps will be viewed as fraudulent possibly resulting in you getting banned from those apps. Nielsen either didn’t consider this for the users or simply didn’t care. Either way I wouldn’t recommend.

Hacked my phone
This is awful they hacked my was accessing things it shouldn’t be. Had my iOS system glitching. Do not recommend at all.
A joke
Should be earning 45pts a day, am not or not earning at all for the day, the vpn they forges constantly kicking me off WiFi and cellar data, doesn’t let you edit devices so if they don’t link properly your stuck with u pointless decides eating up point opportunity, support does answer e-mails- wrote them two separate emails and nothing.

Glitches
There’s a terrible bug that causes your phone to not receive any connection. I was about to go to Verizon because I had done all the troubleshooting I could think of until I realized it was the vpn. When I disconnect it, it fixes the issue but sometimes it can occur a few times within an hour. I’ve reached out to support, I received what I assume is an automated response and nothing else. Also, if you disconnect the vpn, it automatically switches it back on which is also frustrating considering it causes disruptions in my day to day

Horrible
This app is seriously glitchy. It CONTINUOUSLY does not work and the VPN it automatically installs your phone will constantly create connection issues. They don’t care about fixing it. Help is unresponsive. The pay out is not worth it. AVOID. They know this app is trash and aren’t doing anything to fix it.

This app made my iPhone crash
This app made the performance of my phone tank so bad I thought it was time to replace it. The VPN it uses makes your phone think it doesn’t have the internet at all. Apps froze or wouldn’t load, I had to hard reset my phone just to get it to function. Not worth the pennies they promise but don’t deliver.

Messes up any wifi/cellular connectivity you have
Messes up any wifi/cellular connectivity you have . So annoying I keep putting my phone on airplane mode and turning on and off the Wi-Fi and trying to troubleshoot it and my connection constantly sucks. It’s not worth it anymore. I did happen to redeem a Giftcard already, that was legit.

Ok so I downloaded the app and got all set up and earned points from doing so. Then it gives the option to connect YT, Netflix and prime. It says you’ll earn a set amount from each, which I did. It also says you’ll earn points per day for using said apps, which I do ALOT. It’s been like 4 days and I’ve yet to see any points besides what I earned for signing up and connecting accounts…. I’m not thinking this is legit. Also I might add you need like 700 something points to “cash out” but getting there already seems impossible and it also says NOTHING about what you get when reaching said amount. Could be $0.1 could be $1.00 who knows.

Buggy as hell
Way too many bugs when trying to use other apps. I end up uninstalling and reinstalling half the time
