I’m currently in the middle of doing a diary project and as of yesterday it won’t save any new information. It says that there are problems with the syncing. I don’t know how to contact who’s in charge to report this problem. Based on some of the reviews I’m reading I may be in for disappointment.
Still no money.
It has been several weeks since I took a seven day dog treat diary thing and I still haven’t gotten any money for it like I was supposed to. Smh
How dare they!?
How dare these people take my personal information while having me log in a week & a 1/2 of information consistently - all just to log me out of the survey one day suddenly - and leave me stranded ?! Haven’t heard a word from them, no emails, & surely no COMPENSATION. I’m truly upset and feel beside myself; hope they prove me wrong?! Idk

Avoid
I kept a chocolate diary from February but have never been paid ViziT will not answer me. Every neilsen i have contacted says it’s nothing to do with them Wasre of time

I took a 2 week survey utilizing this app related to sweets in February. Still waiting for reimbursement. The app has no way to contact anyone about the issue.

VizIT has improved so much over previous iterations - it’s much easier to register now using my email - and I really enjoy using the app! Keep it up!

It only needs to be the most simple app since all you have to do is track consumption, yet it consistently fails by continuous freezing.
What rewards
I went thru the whole diary thing downloaded the app and never got any rewards as promised. There is no space in the app to contact them. I am calling it a time consuming ripoff
Doesn’t work, won’t allow me to create an account
This app is useless. I am unable to log in as a new user even with the username provided by the company. Totally worthless. Deleting this.
Just doesn’t work
Will not load no matter how long I wait. Interface is buggy and clearly not formatted to a phone screen. I deleted it because I was afraid it was a virus
