Good but, white noise sounds don’t work
First I would like to say. I wish there were more sleep apps for adults. Like myself I have a hard time falling asleep. I had been using YouTube for white noise or soothing music to fall asleep to. Babies are not the only ones who need soothing Lights with white noise to relax to fall asleep.
With all of that being said. This app is a good app. It has the candlelight which is soothing dim light. However the choices of noises will not sound for me. I tried all of them and nothing. I don’t know if this is a glitch or if you have to pay for the sounds or what. There are no choices available to pay for the different sounds. Anyway, this is not useful to me so I guess I will go back to YouTube for at least sounds to fall asleep to.
