Password reset doesn’t work
I tried to login, password didn’t work, do I tried resetting. However no email ever received (and yes, I confirmed not in Spam folder). Tried multiple times , nothing. Hopefully I can order as guest, but still inconvenient. Please fix!
Too many privacy concerns
Why do you need access to all of that sensitive privacy info just for me to order coffee…uninstalling.
Doesn’t work
I have never been able to order ahead with this app. Payment error always fails. The one time it worked, the store didn’t get my order. Would love to order ahead at my favorite coffee shops.
App Error
The app was good at first but now it no longer allows me to order without getting an “error” message. I try to save my card information for payment and it doesn’t let me which does not let me order on the app. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it on my phone and still get the same error. Whoever NSW uses for the app definitely needs to fixed.

Default tip is not cool.
There is a bug that if you change the tip, leave the cart screen, then go back, the system resets to the default tip, not what you changed it to. If you forget to change it back, you get over or undercharged because you already changed the tip… why would it change it back?
Also, the standard tip for a take out service is 10%, not the default 20%. 20% is for a sit-down service. I’m happy to leave a small tip, but workers should be paid fair wages and not have to rely on customers for tips as the bulk of the income. This default tip setting is not in line with what standard tipping is for a coffee.

App is clunky as all get out
Multiple attempts to put in info; warning/error messages flash then disappear before you can read it.
I f’ing HATE this app.
Doesn’t work more than it does work… I wish I could leave more than one bad review.
I miss odeka

This App Needs Serious QA Work
Leaving 1 star because the payment processing fails regularly… as in I have to check my card to make sure the transaction processed and cannot rely on this app to confirm the order was submitted and fulfilled. This is one of several issues but this is a critical process that shouldn’t be failing with almost every order.

NSW App Review
The app is nice overall and very clean user surface compared to the Odeko app; however, the issue I am facing with the app is when I try to pay with a new debit or credit card and save it onto the app I always get an error and I can’t order on the app. It worked fine for me the first time, but recently I wasn’t able to order my drink when inputting my new card information. This app needs an Apple Pay feature to check out that way vs manually saving your card information. Also, it would be better if the NSW app could generate a rewards point system especially for their customers who frequent their coffee shops.

Good but needs some improvements
Slow when checking out or moving between screens, and can we get a feature where we can reorder the same thing from the same store and there’s a default payment method too? Don’t want to have to click through all the screens/select payment each time.
Good but needs QOL upgrades
Lacking Apple Pay, Repeat Order options
UX improvements needed
The app technically works but really needs UX design help with adjusting some parts of the app such as how difficult it is to remove an item from the cart. There are some types of behaviors that are just kinda expected interaction patterns at this point.
Needs work
The app works, kind of. It’s really slow to process orders, the loading spinner goes on for 15+ seconds before the order actually goes through. Also, in spots the UX is non-sensical. Example, you can select both hot and iced on the same drink order.
