Get my money back

I paid to remove ads and spent a lot of time making progress in the game, only to lose both my purchase status and progress when I opened it on my iPad. I contacted customer support for help, and after an entire week, I have received absolutely no response. Taking customers’ money while providing no support when something goes wrong is unacceptable. I would not recommend spending money on this game.
