NightWalk transforms your iPhone into a powerful tool for exploring dark environments. Using the LiDAR sensor, the app creates real-time depth-based visuals, helping you understand the space around you—even in total darkness. Take clear photos and record videos of what the LiDAR sees, and save them right to your device. Switch between color palettes, including grayscale and enhanced contrast modes, to match your preferences or lighting conditions. Need to measure distance? Tap the Distance button to activate a center-target reticle that instantly displays how far an object is from you. This is perfect for navigating unfamiliar areas, inspecting spaces, or simply experimenting with LiDAR’s capabilities. Customize the app’s performance in the settings: Choose smoother, faster scanning, or prioritize visual quality for more detailed results. Please note: NightWalk operates within the effective LiDAR range of approximately 10 cm to 5 meters. Objects closer than 10 cm or farther than 5 meters may not be detected accurately.
