The NIH Credit Union has been providing wonderful service to NIH employees. The branches on campus and the ATM machines at different locations are convenient for us, which is one of the reasons that I use credit union. I hope the ATM machines in Bldg 45 will remain here.

Zelle
My only complaint about the APP is Zelle. I would prefer to access Zelle directly through the Zelle app or have an easier way of locating it in the link in the NIHFCU dashboard. Itโs too difficult to find. Otherwise everything else is good.

Whatโs the malfunction?
Mobile deposit used to function easily, now it doesnโt work at all. Forget about getting customer service, youโll get the run around and still have to go into one of the few and far branches.

Upset customer
Called various times and requested a manager call back regarding changes to my account that I viewed on the mobile app. I still havenโt received a call and itโs very disappointing.
Easy to Navigate
NIHFCU is just easy to navigate - I am tech challenged. . Steps for activities are simple and direct. It is one organization where real humans answer and return calls to address concern.

Iโve been a member of this credit union for over 20 years. I have not had any negative experiences with them. Each problem that Iโve had has been successfully handled. Each associate with whom Iโve spoken with has been very helpful and considerate.
