Never Worked
From the moment it was downloaded & installed, this app never connects. Seeing now the last update was 7 years ago, it is obvious this app is abandoned and should be removed from the store.

App is not working!!!
Horrible
This app never works. Once it locked me out and when I called customer care they said the app was down. Since last month it says it can’t connect to server when I try to open the app. And when I called over the phone to pay of course they charge $10. Making online payments through an app shouldn’t be so difficult in 2020.

The app does not even open any information
After the new IOS 14 update, the app try to open but no information is shown. Keep loading and stops. I tried to uninstall and install again and same thing happened. Please fix it.
Cannot log in - update needed
It’s stuck on the “please wait” loading prompt and then it says there was a problem communicating with the server. Cannot log in; need to make payments. Please update ASAP!
