I liked the printer fine
This worked really well for about a year. Now I can’t get it to connect to my phone. Anybody know why this is and how to fix it?

The App freezes
The App freezes most of the time. The fonts and the labels don’t load after clicking. There working isn’t that smooth .
Cannot connect after update
App and printer are now useless after updating the app. I have tried deleting and reinstalling it and still cannot connect. Followed instructions on app and still did not work. Very unhappy
更新之后平板使用存在键盘弹不出的bug
每做一张就要从微信复制文字到页面粘贴才弹出键盘，真的很浪费时间，买这个机器不就是为了图快捷方便嘛…麻烦考虑下平板用户，身为教育行业使用频繁
App not working after update
Nothing is clickable after opening the app. Unable to print anything

Никакой поддержки, везде советы типа протереть головку спиртом и все. Пропечатывает местами, на прозрачных этикетках перестал печатать совсем. Хотя первое время работал идеально. Версию обновляю постоянно, но проблема не уходит. Причем проблема явно не в самом принтере- верхнюю строчку печатает идеально, нижнюю не видно. На разных шрифтах- разная интенсивность цвета, и тп.

OK app with theee MAJOR downsides
The app mostly works fine in all aside from no apparent way to adjust the level of layers! I want the boarder to be on top of my image not below it!
Also Niimbot’s ecosystem is a massive cash grab at best!
You have to buy their labels as it locks out any others and then they want you to pay extra to be a “VIP” as well just to get some extra fonts and templates
Really not worth the price!

The spp doesn’t work
The ultimate version just doesn’t work.
App is useless
Update: after an app update it worked great, until the next update, & now all my designs are frozen. Can’t open them at all. Can’t start a new label. This is unacceptable for a business where I need reliable labeling. So it’s still useless. Can’t get any help or customer service either.
Previous: This worked well for a short while, then the app started freezing & crashing. I might get 1 label to print randomly in 40 tries. Even when it works it’s so glitchy. It can rarely read the labels in it even though they’re all NIIMBOT brand. I’ve tried all the things. The labeler itself makes nice labels, but that doesn’t matter if the app won’t work. I can’t even get help because it keeps crashing. The app just sucks. So many templates are behind a subscription I can’t afford, too. Too late to return.

Depois de pesquisar muito e várias tentativas de voltar a funcionar, a solução que funcionou: redefini as configurações de rede do meu celular (vai apagar a senha do Wi-Fi mas depois vc conecta novamente), apaguei o aplicativo.
Restabeleci a conexão Wi-Fi do aparelho, baixei o app, me loguei, liguei a impressora e realizei a conexão. Funcionou finalmente!

Proprietary paper
You must buy the NIIMBOT paper at 3 times the cost to use the printer. It will not work at all with others.
Takes forever to update the app
Updates can take hours and it’ll force you to do an update or your printer won’t work right. The printer work good but the software has a bit to desire.
нашла решение зависшего приложения, просто переустановите его, и все будет работать как прежде.
Found a solution to the frozen application, just reinstall it, and everything will work as before.

In manchen Kommentaren hatte ich was von Abofalle gelesen und dass das Gerät ohne Abo nicht zu benutzen sei… so ein Quatsch.
Für das Geld finde ich kann man einiges machen und für meine Zwecke passt es hervorragend. Ich habe den M2 der macht seinen Job super und die Auswahl an Drucker Papier ist auch angemessen. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

Постоянные сбои, сетевые аномалии и прочее. Не подгружает сохраненные шаблоны, выдает чистые листы. Почему для печати этикеток нужен сеть? Если принтер подключается по wi-fi и распечатать нужно уже сохраненные варианты этикеток?
