Unintuitive App full of AI slop
Difficult to use app to use the hardware and it’s also full of AI slop. Lazy owners with no vision. Awful.

O que está acontecendo com o aplicativo? Já faz dias que tento imprimir e simplesmente o app não responde. Ele abre, conecta com a impressora e só. Eu clico e nada acontece, tento rolar a página e não sai do lugar. Completamente travado. Fui ver se tinha atualização, mas não. Simplesmente não funciona mesmo.

Les tests devraient être un peu plus poussés avant de mettre une mise à jour sur Apple Store.

Problems
After a couple of years of great service and wonderful label making, this app )even updated) keeps freezing. Pisses me off.
App locks almost immediately
I’m on the latest version of iOS and the Niimbot app. The app connects to my Niimbot D11 label printer, then the app locks/freezes. Currently, I cannot use my Niimbot label printer. Clicking App Support takes me to the Niimbot app, which OS frozen. Please reach out to assist.
App freezes
Version 6.6.5 has been nothing but problems. It logged me out wouldn’t let me back in at first, then I was able to get back in. But Home Screen freezes everytime I open the app. Sometimes the whole app is frozen. Can’t make labels. Now the Home Screen is blank white with the menu items at the bottom. Still frozen. If you click NIIMBOT support in the Apple App Store, it takes you back to their app to get support, which doesn’t open either!!

Worked amazingly until I recently updated. Now I’m not able to go back and edit templates after printing them once. I have to close out of the app completely…..
Love It
My daughter bout this for me to label my canning jars. It works perfectly! I absolutely recommend this for anyone looking for a thermal printer. The app is very user friendly as well.
Trying to charge for printing
I bought the label maker and have been using it and now it wants me to pay for the subscription and I can't use it
Last update ruined the app for me
Since the last update, it takes SO LONG (minutes. multiple) to open the app. And then it doesnt react for 3 more minutes. Then it wont recognize the paper… etc.

Постоянно какие-то сложности с приложением. Стоило оплатить годовую подписку, так приложение стало дико лагать. Висит, не дает в шаблоны зайти.
Расходники оч дорогие. У конкурентов в 2 и более раз ниже. Как и подписка.

Mess up all my pictures app
I have to remove the app from my Iphone after each use cause all my pics want to open with Nimbot app when i keep it install... so annoying! Fix it!!

stopped working entirely
idk what they did with the last update, but for over a week now, the app just does not load at all. it either says “Niimbot” in red text on a white background, or is just a blank white page. my $20 label printer just became a paperweight. thanks SO much for the wasted money.

Save yourself the headache.
My boyfriend and I wasted over an hour trying to troubleshoot this printer because it kept recycling through “Reader Error”, “Paper Not Detected”, and “Print Limit Exceeds”. We recalibrated it, reloaded the labels, restarted everything, and assumed something was defective. The real problem? The printer appears to reject compatible labels if they aren’t NIMBOT branded. The label we were using were the exact same size, yet the printer wouldn’t print them. That’s not made clear when you buy the printer, and wasn’t obvious in the setup either. Thankfully, we had another brand of label printing sitting next to it. We loaded the exact same labels into that printer and it printed every single one without a single issue. That immediately told us the problem wasn’t the labels-it was the artificial restriction. Locking customers into buying your own labels without making that limitation obvious upfront feels misleading and anti-consumer. If your printer is designed to only work with NIMBOT labels, say so clearly before people spend their money and waste their time trying to “fix” a problem that actually isn’t fixable. I bought a label printer, not a subscription to one specific brand of paper. I won’t be recommending this to anyone.

Update - printer doesn’t work anymore
I’ve used my label maker for YEARS. NEVER had an issue until I updated my app. Now it just tells me NIIMBOT labels aren’t detected. I’ve used this roll of labels for literal years with no problems until the update. Thanks for letting me know not to buy my next label maker from you guys.
