Doesn’t work

I downloaded this app about two weeks ago, and it still doesn't work. I can't even sign up or do anything else because the app is stuck on a screen saying I need to update it. But I already have the newest version!

Terrible Launch Experience for a New Customer

I downloaded the Nike app specifically to purchase the new Nike Mind slides when they released on August 20 at 9:00 AM. I literally set an alarm for 8:55 AM, had the app open before the release, and clicked on them the moment they became available.

I selected my size immediately and entered my information as fast as possible. The slides were still showing as available while I was checking out, so I expected the order to go through. Instead of receiving a purchase confirmation, I got a message saying something along the lines of, “We’ll let you know if we can fulfill your order.”

At that point, I already knew what was coming.

A few moments later, Nike notified me that they could not fulfill the order because the product was sold out. That is extremely disappointing. If I clicked on the product immediately at release and made it all the way through checkout while my size was still being shown as available, there should be some type of temporary reservation system while the customer completes payment. A release should not come down to who can type an address or process payment a fraction of a second faster—especially when bots, resellers, and scalpers are competing for the exact same inventory.

What makes this even worse is that I was a new direct Nike customer. I normally do not purchase directly through Nike, but I genuinely liked this release and wanted to buy it directly from the company. Instead, my first experience was waking up specifically for the release, being there at the exact second it launched, successfully starting checkout, and still being denied the opportunity to purchase.

I am not asking for anything for free. I have the money and wanted to PAY Nike for the product. I simply wanted a fair opportunity to purchase it.

At this point, I would rather delete the app and purchase through StockX or another secondary marketplace, where apparently I have a better chance of actually receiving the product I am paying for.

The only thing that would genuinely change my opinion of this experience would be Nike reaching out and allowing me to personally purchase the Nike Mind slides in my size at retail price. Again, I do not want them for free. I want the opportunity to buy the pair I was there on time to purchase in the first place.

Extremely disappointing first impression of the Nike app and Nike’s release system.

And for the record: I’m a normal customer who actually wanted to wear them—not a scalper.

Change onboarding flow

Clean app, but I just downloaded it to buy something. Let me play around in the app first before making me decide notification/location settings

App not working for a week.

The app has been down and it is not working for some reason. Please find a fix for it so I can login it keeps getting stuck on a blank screen.

App update rubbish

Your app asks me to update, sends me to App Store, in App Store the Nike app shows an open tab, that takes me back to the start all over again. App doesn’t update and now I’m off to Adidas site to buy my trainers. Epic fail from a Fortune 500 company.

Shoe Tab

The recent UI updates had terribly choppy transitions menu transitions, especially when going into the four main tabs in the shop section. Biggest complaint for a shoe company the app inexplicably got rid of the shoe tab and replaced it with a Sport tab. I get Nike's segment pushing but c'mon. Hopefully I'm just a victim of A/B testing with this layout but bring back the shoe tab.

Terrible

I ordered 3 pairs of joggers at the same time which got here at different times and they logged me out my account for no reason and can’t get back in it’s like they are taking your information

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I purchased TWO pairs of shoes through the app and used the UPS access point location as the shipping option thinking it was going to be a seamless experience. Neither-less to say it was my biggest regret! UPS informed me that they couldn’t deliver it to there access point because of an address issue that Mike put on the shipping label which they refused to fix or help me with. I contacted the help center 3 times and even got the UPS people on three way with them and they weren’t working any alternatives either such as just shipping to my home for the troubles or inconvenience. I even had a representative from the Nike help center phone call refuse to help or answer any of my question. Just unpleasant experience from the beginning, I’ll NEVER SHOP ON THE APP OR ONLINE AGAIN. This is the main reason why I always shop in person and I don’t have to wait for my shoes at all or the inconvenience that comes with it all. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Hoop shoes

Nike app needs to add more hoop shoes to the basketball section . Preferably more Kobe’s and GT CUT’S

Best app!

I love the fact that I can stay on top of my kids shoe game with the ease of this app! And I can shop clearance as well! Great app

Hacked?!

Been trying to log on to my app for the last 3 days and it continues to ask me for a code being sent to my email except the code never arrives. This issue has been persistent on both your website and app.

Lebron is right

Nike needs to start listening to the customers, feedback, and reviews. Sales are down and taking customer feedback into consideration and applying that will help make products better. I’ve reported issues with shoes that just get ignored, the so called athletes just push back on the customer instead of really listening. I’ve had reviews not posted on purpose as well, dishonest untrustworthy practices. We the customer are the ones paying your salaries, listen up people.

Glitchy

Can’t login to the app.

Unable to open the App anymore

Difficult to navigate. Home page is stupid

Home page is practically useless because all it is, is a bunch of adds you have to swipe through, and doesn’t really show anything. The app is mostly revolved around the shop page and even that is annoying to navigate. Nike should take a look at what adidas’s app looks like.

Slightly over average

This is good but give Canada snkrs and also y’all should a feature where u can put together a fit to see how it will look together. Great app tho

AI ‘search’ is not helpful

Don’t improve the AI search. Separate the Ai from search. If I type ‘Jordan 1’ …show me the Jordan 1’s. If you want to create an Ai assistant, go ahead. It’s not the same as search. We still need search. I stopped shopping to come here and wrote this review. That’s how annoying it is.

App update needed

I love the Nike app however, I hate that it deletes item from your cart and you have no idea what was deleted. The item should go in a save for later or something of the sort so you know which shoes were removed

Terrible merchandising on app

It's almost impossible to simply filter your catalogue to a men's basic running shirt in plain colors. So lame. Selecting men shows women's clothing at the top, and it only gets worse from there. Absolutely useless

Backpack

I ordered a backpack paid with it with Apple Cash. Had a really hard time getting it to go through. Finally it went through the next day. It says can pass the order. So then I go to the app and I try ordering it again with my credit card. All I did was keep Going around and around and around and didn’t did not order it for me, so what am I supposed to do?
