I love the fact that I can stay on top of my kids shoe game with the ease of this app! And I can shop clearance as well! Great app
Hacked?!
Been trying to log on to my app for the last 3 days and it continues to ask me for a code being sent to my email except the code never arrives. This issue has been persistent on both your website and app.

Nike needs to start listening to the customers, feedback, and reviews. Sales are down and taking customer feedback into consideration and applying that will help make products better. I’ve reported issues with shoes that just get ignored, the so called athletes just push back on the customer instead of really listening. I’ve had reviews not posted on purpose as well, dishonest untrustworthy practices. We the customer are the ones paying your salaries, listen up people.

Difficult to navigate. Home page is stupid
Home page is practically useless because all it is, is a bunch of adds you have to swipe through, and doesn’t really show anything. The app is mostly revolved around the shop page and even that is annoying to navigate. Nike should take a look at what adidas’s app looks like.

This is good but give Canada snkrs and also y’all should a feature where u can put together a fit to see how it will look together. Great app tho
AI ‘search’ is not helpful
Don’t improve the AI search. Separate the Ai from search. If I type ‘Jordan 1’ …show me the Jordan 1’s. If you want to create an Ai assistant, go ahead. It’s not the same as search. We still need search. I stopped shopping to come here and wrote this review. That’s how annoying it is.
App update needed
I love the Nike app however, I hate that it deletes item from your cart and you have no idea what was deleted. The item should go in a save for later or something of the sort so you know which shoes were removed
Terrible merchandising on app
It's almost impossible to simply filter your catalogue to a men's basic running shirt in plain colors. So lame. Selecting men shows women's clothing at the top, and it only gets worse from there. Absolutely useless
Backpack
I ordered a backpack paid with it with Apple Cash. Had a really hard time getting it to go through. Finally it went through the next day. It says can pass the order. So then I go to the app and I try ordering it again with my credit card. All I did was keep Going around and around and around and didn’t did not order it for me, so what am I supposed to do?

Stop making me clear my inbox twice
Love Nike and the app, but you all need to fix it so that we do not have to go into our inbox twice to clear badge notifications. I have to go into my inbox, then close the app completely then go back into my inbox for badge notification to go away. Please fix this.

Terrible Interface
Why do they make it so hard to buy their stuff lol I think they care more about if the app looks cool than if it sucks to use. It’s also cool that they make you use a second app to buy some of the shoes, love that. What are we doing here guys
Shopping Cart Doesn’t Load
I’ve been trying for MONTHS to use the app, even after multiple updates and restarts. The shopping cart never loads, and even when I try to add an item to my bag it says “Item Not Added - An error occurred. Try again later.” This has been going on for over 5 months, I’m not even joking, this is ridiculous of a big company. A month ago, I was able to just look at my shopping cart, but when I would try to remove an item, I would get an error code as well, nothing would get removed. Now, I can’t even get to my cart, let alone purchase anything. This is the worst app and I have no clue how the creators haven’t fixed this issue by now. Not buying until this gets resolved, just on principle.

Startup Vibration Is Frustrating
The latest Nike app update added a haptic vibration that plays for several seconds every time the app starts. It’s distracting and annoying. Please add an option to disable this vibration or remove it entirely. The app was better without this unnecessary feature.

Do not shop on this app
Items that say they are in stock may not be. It really is just rolling the dice. 1 pair of shoes turned up the other got cancelled literally 50percent chance of wasting your time and money for two weeks. When the item gets cancelled you then have to wait 7-10 business days just to be told oh we actually cancelled the authorisation so it’s your banks fault you don’t have your money back. For such a large company this app is an Absolute joke. The only good part about it is the barcode scanner for shopping in store. The app itself is just a rubbish marketing ploy.

Search
Although it stylistically nice its functionality is lacking. Specifying searches so you don’t need to view 1,000 items is almost impossible. If I can find what I’m looking for I can add it to cart, if it’s too much trouble I am logging off.
