Bad customer service

Nike uses blue dart as their courier service, and the delivery experience I had was horrible.
I had ordered one slippers on 14th June and it took 10 days and nearly 10 calls to bluedart and Nike to get it delivered.
I had to call bluedart 4-5 times only to be false reassured everytime and talk to their stupid AI customer care for 3 mins to gather information which I anyway had to give to the real support as well.
After this frustrating experience with bluedart 2 days after the “expected delivery date ”
I called Nike and their customer service numbers are either unavailable or you are directed to AI assistants who have pre recorded messages and won’t respond to you, I was trying to reach Nike and they have a pre-recorded message which kept saying it is not in their hands since bluedart is responsible but bluedart itself is incompetent, so what do I do?
After calling the corporate office of Nike, then talking to the customer support of Nike (which I got from corporate office) then talking to the logistics team at Nike, which in turn finally coordinated with bluedart did I get my order. IT IS MUCH BETTER TO USE ALTERNATIVE WEBSITES LIKE MYNTRA OVER THIS pathetic excuse of an app by Nike. Even the app is full of bugs. Pathetic and terrible experience.

Shoes not delivered

Extremely disappointing experience with Nike.

I placed an order through the Nike app with an expected delivery date of 15 June. Not only has the package still not been delivered, but the tracking information has now been updated to falsely claim that delivery was “refused,” which is completely untrue. No delivery attempt was made, no one contacted me, and no opportunity was given to accept or refuse the package.

What is even more frustrating is the poor response from customer support. Multiple calls to customer care have resulted in vague explanations, contradictory information, and no clear resolution. Instead of addressing the issue, I am being asked to accept inaccurate tracking updates.

For a global brand that prides itself on customer experience, this level of service is unacceptable. Delayed deliveries can happen, but providing false delivery status updates and failing to resolve customer concerns is far worse.

Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I will be forced to reconsider purchasing from Nike in the future. I expect transparency, accountability, and immediate action to locate and deliver my order.

Amazing job by Vikrant

Had some issues with my order initially and honestly it felt like I was going in circles for a while. Michelle was consistently following up and keeping track of the case, which I appreciated
But the biggest credit goes to Vikrant Koli. Once he took up the case, he genuinely seemed to care about getting it sorted rather than just closing a ticket. He got the whole issue resolved within 2 days, and that too despite one of those days being a non-working day.
Really appreciate the effort, Vikrant. Customer support can be frustrating at times, but experiences like this make a difference. Thanks to both of you

Pathetic experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Nike’s delivery service. My order was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago, but it still has not arrived, and there has been no proper update or clear communication about the delay.

As a customer, I expected better service and accountability from a brand like Nike. Delayed deliveries can happen, but keeping the customer informed is very important. I hope Nike improves its delivery tracking and customer support process.

Where did my purchase history go??

I was automatically redirected to this regional Nike app from the official Nike app, but my purchase history hasn’t carried over. It would be really helpful if past orders were accessible here too. Kindly make this available in a future update!

Nike by Nykaa - nothing could be worse

Why Nike, why? You just lost your premium value, and we lost the premium products we loved buying directly from Nike. No excitement for new drops, no SNKRS, no customised trainers. Just the run-of-the-mill that was always available on every Indian retailer, and had thousands of cheap copies across India. Nike app used to be the single-source of excitement. Now I don't even feel like opening it, forget about buying from Nike. This is one of the worst anti-customer acquisition decisions ever.

Regressive

There was a perfectly good app that had all the international drops and a really great collection. I opened that app today and was asked to download an app for my ‘region’ and was presented with an imitation app with hardly any choice.
I don’t know which marketing genius thought let’s make an app for a country with the highest population in the world and we’ll remove choices and limit the available collection of our shoes to that country and we’ll improve sales.
This is discrimination and similar to the thought process that thinks that a poor country needs less choices.
Disappointed with Nike and their thought process. I don’t think I’ll ever buy another product from a company with such regressive thinking.

Worst App Ever

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Nike India.
The customer support service is extremely poor and unresponsive, which makes it difficult for customers to resolve issues or get proper assistance. In addition, the current shopping experience on the platform is disappointing. There are very limited options available, and in many cases even basic size selections are missing.
Another major issue is the login process, which is often unreliable and creates unnecessary frustration when trying to access an account. Previously, the platform offered a wide range of collections and attractive sneaker options. However, the current catalog appears outdated, with very few decent or new releases available.
Overall, the experience has significantly declined compared to what it used to be. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer support, platform functionality, and product availability to provide a better experience for customers.

No More Products availablity

The new partnership and app has managed to give free delivery but there are no more products available , I don’t see any premium shoe available. For example all premium running shoes are now not available so what should be done with free delivery when there is nothing worth ordering. 3rd party sellers are looting people, if things don’t improve then there are other competitive brands available.

Pathetic Dull boring

The international Nike application was a wonderful experience to shop and search through I was comfortable spending extra on deliveries, at least we hog a good choice to buy and see the latest stuff. The new app has nothing in it same old stuff which is available in stores and even less.
The best part us we cannot even customise.
‘ please release the old version, the international app’
So we can enjoy shopping and get the latest stuff.

Old inventory only

Doesn’t have latest collection offered by Nike which earlier could be ordered and was typically delivered from Vietnam. So, no use of this app for me anymore. What I can find in store, why will I order that online ? Very bad decision of Nike India to partner with Nyka. I believe people like me will not be able to find at Nike what we are looking for anymore and therefore be forced to move to Adidas or other competing brands. Poor strategy with app not having flagship and latest launches in India.

No more half size

Very disappointed with the recent changes. Launching a separate regional app has only made products inaccessible and inconvenient, especially for loyal customers who were used to getting premium launched beforehand. On top of that, discontinuing the half-size option feels like a step backward. Not everyone needs the full size, and removing that choice limits flexibility. Overall, these decisions seem poorly thought out and customer-unfriendly.

Wasn’t expecting this

Why would you transfer your operations to a 3rd party logistics who doesn’t understand sneakers in the first place, I get it the shipping is faster and free but more options and fresh drops was the whole point of buying from this application even if it was costlier , there are plenty of other applications to buy the products that are listed in this newer application. This app has become just another flipkart/Myntra/Amazon. Don’t know what was the point of all this.

Worst selection ever

Why do I have to stay restricted to limited options in India. I wear a UK size 12. There are almost no options on the app. No featured drops, no selection of premium shoes. Nike has made the worst business decision to tie up with Nykaa. They are going to loose a chunk of business. I was okay to pay 1250 extra for importing premium range. Don’t trust Nike’s distributed in India. I am sure there will first copies with no quality checks. If I wanted old models I would have bought from Flipkart or Myntra. What’s the point anymore!

Loyal customers pushed toward overpriced third-party sellers

I bought two Tatums earlier when Nike’s premium drops and direct access actually meant something. The quality, fair pricing, and customization were the reason many of us stayed loyal.

Now most premium products are either unavailable or only accessible through overpriced third-party sellers. Instead of improving access, it feels like loyal customers are being forced to pay extra elsewhere — which completely defeats the purpose of a direct Nike platform.

Scaling is fine, but not at the cost of your core users. The premium experience is slowly disappearing, and that’s honestly disappointing.

Hope Nike rethinks this direction and brings back fair access to premium drops.

An app to intentionally hinder access to global products

This app seeks to admittedly create hurdles for the use in accessing products available in different regions. The consumers are not confined to the products that Nike chooses to deliver in India just because it is logistically easier or even cheaper. This app shows clear intent that Nike wants it's consumers to intentionally have access to limited items whereas before the Indian consumer was playing on equal footing at a global market. This app has down the seeds of divide and once again has shown where Nike thinks the Indian consumers place is.

Feedback on Recent Transition and Product Availability

I understand that this new transition has happened, but we really need to start gathering more collections that are available. It’s very strange that the stock is not available even though the transition has already taken place. The process feels very unprepared and is quite upsetting.

I was willing to pay extra for shipping; however, I feel the products are not even up to the mark. I am starting to have trust issues after the collaboration took place.

No half Sizes, no premium drops, we were not expecting this

I had been eagerly waiting for the Vomero Premium drop scheduled for January 30, but Nike unexpectedly restricted app accessibility for Indian users on the night of January 29. While delivery is now free, it comes at a cost, now there are no premium collections, limited-edition drops, and half-size options. I usually wear size 8.5, but that choice has now vanished, making the experience feel no different from any other brand. At least we still have the option to purchase directly from Nike’s Singapore store, even if it means paying an additional ₹1,250 for shipping

I hate this new app, such a disappointment. Ruined my mood.

This is a huge downgrade from the previous app. There are limited options, Jordans have almost disappeared, the app experience as well as the limited products feel cheap. Some of us were okay with paying additional shipping charges. At least nike should’ve kept the older version available as an option. This isn’t fair, now do I have to reach out to my friends and family abroad to get me the good stuff? Bring back the old app or make this one just as good. I hope people stop ordering until then!

Lack of Options

The lack of options is appalling, if we are willing to pay upwards of 15,000 for Jordan’s or Football boots, a 1200 delivery charge wasn’t something to be affected by, this has removed the shipping which is a plus but the cost of it removing the entire Jordan section with only AJ1s readily available and scare options in other areas I don’t feel the change from the global application was worth it.
