Hard to order
It is hard to order shoes in a timely manner. Especially when the supply is limited. By the time the order is complete the shoes are out of stock.

Disgusting practices.
I set a reminder and made sure I was on the app at 9:00am on the dot and still was not able to purchase a pair of shoes. Somebody is scamming and this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend anybody use this app at all.

I’ve been using SNKRS for years, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I hit on a truly desirable release. After entering countless draws, it feels like the odds are stacked against regular customers. I understand limited releases create excitement, but when loyal users almost never have a chance, the experience becomes discouraging instead of fun. I love Nike and the products, but the SNKRS experience has become more frustrating than rewarding. I hope Nike finds a way to make limited releases feel fairer and gives genuine sneaker fans a better opportunity to buy the shoes they actually want.
