User reviews

Potentially good but not updated

This is in theory an excellent reference app but the developer does not update it regularly with the newly released lenses. For instance, it does not show the 70-200 f/2.8E that came out two years ago. Needless to say the new 180-400 zoom that came out in March 2018 is nowhere to be seen in this app. Don’t waste your money until the developer gets serious about keeping it current.

Missing Lenses!!

This app has only a limited listing of lenses. I own two lenses that are not even listed. One is the 35-70mm F/2.8! One of Nikon’s all time great lenses. Very disappointed in this app.

Many lenses are not reviewed

I have a number of Nikon lenses that are not to be found. Not a comprehensive listed be any means

A useful app that's slipping badly

A useful reference for Nikon equipment. But every month it falls farther behind, it seems, on links to reviews and even usability. I've not seen any other app beside this one that didn't rotate by orientation on the iPad. I hope the developers start keeping up with reviews better and maybe add a few features, such as links to sites that provide useful reference information on Nikon.

A handy reference

Worth the price for organizing information -- especially if you own several lens and/or are considering buying a lens.

It would be nice if the lens manuals were included (especially since they are missing from the Nikon Manuals app!), but I guess Nikon would protest including that info.
