Always a problem

Glitch time
Recently the app will not load for hours. Currently trying to help an employee leave a gated area. Several people are trying to reboot, delete and reinstall - nothing is working. Frozen on the app loading screen.
CarPlay
The app works great in the CarPlay app, when it works, which is about 50%. When pressing the Nimbio button to open the app, about 1/2 the time, will only display a white screen. Then you have to open your phone to get the app to respond. Defeats the purpose of hands free.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t
Unreliable when you need to get into your own complex when it doesn’t load. Although I do like how you can open the gate for others when you aren’t physically near the gate. Some complexs allow sharing (which is cool), some don’t.
So/so
Works 75% of the time. Other than that it goes offline all the time. Might not be the app could be something regarding the device it’s opening but still causes issues since it’s a community gate. Would be really beneficial for the app to be watch compatible.
Reliable and convenient
Always works no matter whare I am. Very fast as well.
Great system
I’ve used Nimbio over a year to manage our front gate. It is far superior to our old system that utilized ATT cell service. We don’t have any downtime or other reliability issues. If I ever have a question, customer service guys are always available

Easy- except for CarPlay
This device has been a major game changer for us. We live on a rural property with a main gate operated on solar. Our internet connection also does not reach the gate. Nimbio has allowed us peace of mind knowing we can control access to the property from wherever we are. Had it up and running in 10 minutes. The only gripe I have is that the apps functionality in CarPlay is hit or miss. Some days I can open the gate utilizing CarPlay from the cars main screen. Other days the app can be opened on the screen, but the gate isn’t listed as an option to be opened. Minor annoyance. Still a total win for us!

Could be safer
App is easy to use but could benefit from the ability to open gates hands free. Current set up is hazardous for drivers
Easy to use for my seniors residents
When I told my seniors residents about the APP they were hesitant as they thought it will be hard but once our office download the APP in their phones and showed them how easy, they loved it! The best part is that you can open the gate if you are receiving a delivery and you are at the store, you can still open the gate from anywhere.

It loads slowly
Most of the time, the stupid app takes too long to load. Have to shut it down and restart it a few times before it works.
Great app with potential
Fast and easy. Hopefully they add a function that can be added to car play or just having Siri open the gate for us so we don’t have to pull our phones out while driving.
Good app, needs hands-free
Echoing the sentiment of others. The app is a great way to control the gates, but adding CarPlay or watch functionality would make things so much smoother with not having to fumble for my phone every time.
Good App, Needs Hands-Free Functionality
I've been using the Nimbio app to open the gates to the garage at my apartment complex, and it certainly delivers on its promise of convenience. However, I have some concerns about its application while driving. In its current state, the app requires users to unlock their phones, navigate to the app, and then manually select the desired gate. This process, when done while driving, can be unsafe and even illegal in many states. Operating the app while stationary isn't always a viable solution either, as it can cause delays and result in a line of waiting cars. A hands-free solution, such as Siri integration or the ability to add Siri Shortcuts , would be immensely beneficial. It would allow drivers to activate the gate without the need to touch their phones, ensuring safety and compliance with state laws. Overall, Nimbio is a fantastic tool, but this addition would make it perfect not only in terms of convenience but also for safety. I hope the developers consider this feedback for future updates. Once it’s Nimbio becomes hands-free, I’ll be updating my review to 5-stars!

Great App (almost)
Would love if the app would integrate with Apple Watch and CarPlay. It’d be nice to open the app from the CarPlay screen to open our gate instead of having to pull my phone out.
