Disappointing

The same game I loved playing more than 10 years ago, but now I can’t just outright play it. Extremely unfortunate.

Heartbreaking

This used to be my favorite game growing up. When I browsed the App Store and saw it two days ago I was honestly ecstatic. I then read the reviews to only get disappointed. The hour of free gameplay was so much fun and just a great bit of nostalgia for me. But it just isn’t worth getting Halfbrick+.

It’s just purely annoying.

Que desastre !!!

El original de Nimblebit funcionaba mucho mejor, y encima este es de pago cuando llevas un rato jugando. Mejor descargar la apk original y jugar con un Android.

Used to be my favorite mobile game

Such a good game but this new subscription service has killed what used to be my favorite past time. How do you change this game to monthly subscription to even play?? Who is paying for that. I want to know who so I can personally talk with them.

Porque una suscripción?

En verdad no había necesidad de ello, como mas gente lo menciona, es mejor que el juego sea de un pago unico, la verdad es lamentable

How the Mighty Have Fallen…

Half brick, you guys made fruit ninja and jetpack joyride to name a few, two absolutely legendary cult classic video games that still have massive followings.

I remember playing the “lite” versions of those two games along with nimble quest and BEGGING my parents to pay the $3 for the full game. Now I come back after over a decade to relive some of the nostalgia I had playing nimble quest, only to see you participating in the corporate overlord “you will own nothing and be happy” subscription slip trend.

Really, halfbrick? One hour of free play time of a game that came out over a decade ago? You’re not my mom. Just bring back the lnetime$3 purchase. Heck, I’d pay eight bucks for this game. I just want to own it and not have to scramble to cancel yet another subscription that I’d forget about. It’s absolute pathetic seeing you tout your old reputation to try and desperately get people to subscribe to play ancient games that you made. Honestly revolving.

Not playable in this state

Was really excited to see it is available again, however, somehow this Version is super buggy. Enemies move way to fast, Heroes do not attack, further i have not found since i can not pass even the first round.

Hope they fix this fast

Why are we paying for it now

Bringing back a game just to make it pay to PLAY is crazy. This game used to be so good and now youre just being greedy. Im not gonna pay just to play a free game that i used to be able to play unlimited for free. Get rid of it

Shame on you

I used to love this game. Now they gave you a chance to play 1h without paying a subscription. If you do so, heroes don’t attack a game is not playable. Shame on you I will never pay starting from this conditions

Garbage company decisions

Leave it to a big company to buy out licensing from something that was good years ago to then only put an easy paywall behind full access just to make easy money. This is how the rich get richer by exploiting their position and doing whatever they want. This game was amazing back in the day. But now being owned by Halfbrick and being required to pay to play has ruined everything for this game.

this game was free when it first came out

forcing monthly subscription for a bunch of mobile games is crazy

Simply Unacceptable

I’ve nothing to say other than what other reviewers’ve said already. Bringing a free game back without improvements and putting it behind a subscription is disgraceful, full stop.

Requires subscription to play.

This game is old and has recently came back to the app store.

This game now requires a $2.99/month subscription to be playable. This is similar to EA play on the computer.

This is the future of games I think chat?

No way

It’s shocking that I have to pay a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION for a game I paid full price for already. I hope you all get replaced by AI

Destrozajuegos

Jugué a la versión original y era genial, ahora no se puede pasar de la primera pantalla. Han destrozado el juego.

Bs monthly payment

Pretty much the same review as everyone else. Was happy to see a childhood game back on the App Store. Completely killed my joy when I realized I had to pay 3 bucks a month. Probably would’ve bought it for a 3$ one time purchase just for the nostalgia but it’s not even worth paying the 3$ just to have it for a month. If this is fixed I will change my review back to 5 stars as the original, non paid, nimble quest should be rated.

Locked behind a subscription

Was really excited to find this game back in the App Store. Would gladly pay a one time fee to play it. Really disappointing that half brick locked it behind a subscription service.

I LOVE THIS GAME

BUT WISH IT WAS FREE THO

Jogo não funciona corretamente

Ruim

Halfbrick really?

Owned this previously. Now halfbrick after a hour wants you to pay for a subscription. Seriously? Hope the money was worth it because you just lost a customer!
