Really great emulator for the watch, But needs more.

Everything would’ve been perfect, it had the screen right, controls are great too, I wish you could do inputs and change controls through the watch crown because you can’t dual input on the watch. So being able to use the an and b buttons at the same time as the arrows would be PERFECT.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback! The app already supports using the Digital Crown for inputs, so it should actually help with dual-input situations. It’s possible there’s a bug or that the current mapping isn’t as intuitive as it could be. I’ll review the implementation and also consider adding customizable Crown controls in the future 🙂

Really good sound quality and performance on nes games

Good emulator

Response from developer

Thank you very much for your feedback! I’m really glad you’re enjoying the sound quality and performance on NES games. I’m always working to make the emulation as accurate and smooth as possible, so comments like yours really help. If you ever have any suggestions or ideas, feel free to share them, they’re always welcome!

Questions and suggestions

Why can‘t I delete the game? It’s so uncomfortable, because there are some game files that have problems, and they can‘t be sorted at will. The screen interface of this game selection is too rough, and the game archive can only save one.

Response from developer

To delete a game, simply swipe left on the game you want to remove in the games screen, and the delete option will appear. Regarding adding more save files, it’s something I’m planning to include in future updates. Thanks a lot for your suggestions!

I love this app, needs work though

The GameBoy emulator ArcEmu has the scroll wheel configured to be button presses, scroll up is button A, scroll down is button B. Having this implemented in your app would make this emulator way more functional. Also snes save states keep crashing/freezing the game

Response from developer

Thank you very much for your feedback! Those are great ideas, and I’ll definitely look into adding them to the emulator. The scroll wheel mapping suggestion sounds really interesting and could be a great improvement for usability. I’ll also review the SNES save state crashing/freezing issue and see what might be causing it so I can work on a fix. Thanks again for your suggestions, they really help me improve the app!

OK, but need the volume controls

Add a menu where you can adjust volume controls on Apple Watch

Response from developer

Of course, I'll try to add that in a future update. The next one will be focused on adapting the app for iPhone 16 and Apple Watch Series 10, but I'll keep this in mind for the following update. Thank you for your opinion and feedback, it really helps me improve the app.

Wow! A must buy paid app.

This is my very first time writing a review for any app and when I installed the roms that I owned the layout and gameplay was very nice. You can even save the games right were you left off at. You can also use Bluetooth controllers. I then also installed some roms on my Apple Watch series 10 with ease. Please buy this app . I hope future updates will add more options to talk about. Maybe a link cable option up to (4)players and also a fan community , so we can talk more about future options.👍

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your review, it truly means a lot to me! Your feedback and encouragement really help me keep improving the app and adding new features. As you mentioned, I’m indeed planning to add link cable support soon, and I’m also working on a new GBA emulator for the app. I love the idea of building a fan community where we can share thoughts and future ideas together. Thanks again for your support and for taking the time to write your very first review , I truly appreciate it! 🙏😊

Good but not great

Its the best emulator on ios that can find however, the emulation on snes roms are too slow. It needs to be sped up a bit. Also, no settings? Not that I could find anyway. Most emulators have at least the barebones like button mapping, emulation speed, font and display adjustment, etc. If you aren’t going to have these then AT LEAST have accurate emulation. Otherwise it’s great.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your feedback! I understand that emulation can have issues, and I’m continuously working on improving it. Keep in mind that performance can also depend on the device being used. Regarding additional options, I’m constantly adding more updates over time, and I take all feedback into account to implement new features. I really appreciate your opinion and will try to include more options like the ones you mentioned. Thanks again!

Bluetooth compatibility

Don’t get me wrong the emulator works but I can’t pair my Bluetooth controller to the app, there’s no setting or anything to enable Bluetooth. How do you pair a controller?

Response from developer

Thank you for your comment! The issue is not with the emulator, as it automatically detects if a Bluetooth controller is connected and uses it by default. Please try pairing your controller again and ensure it’s working properly. If needed, close the app and reopen it, and it should start working automatically. If you continue to experience issues, feel free to let me know via email, and I’ll do my best to assist you further. Best regards!

Nintendo Games on your Watch!

I love that this is even a thing. There's a lot of work that needs done before it's a "Complete" experience (Saves aren't transferable both ways and aren't currently reliable), but for single session slower paced games, this is an Awesome addition to the Watch Ecosystem.

Response from developer

There’s a new version of NiN10 (1.9) available! It now saves both game states and SNES game battery data when you save your progress. These will be saved as .sav and .ram files, with the battery data automatically loading when you start a game. Additionally, a new icon has been added to the game list on the Apple Watch, allowing you to send saved games to your phone. Best regards, and I hope this update enhances your gaming experience. Thank you once again for your feedback and contributions!

Not too shabby but needs some improvement

Performance seems to be on top so that’s good, but audio for NES games seems to be messed up since you can only hear the higher frequencies. The controls are pretty bad but not too bad for Apple Watch. It just needs to be easier to reach the A and B buttons. Also hoping that GBA support comes !

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback! Regarding the audio issue with NES games, does it happen with all games or only with specific titles? Also, I'd love to hear your thoughts on how the controls could be improved, do you mean just on the Apple Watch, or on the iPhone as well? And yes, I do plan to add GBA support in the future! Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and feedback.

Whenever I try to load it on my Apple Watch 8:

It says, *IT ISN’T INSTALLED ON MY IPHONE*?!?!

:-( :(

Response from developer

That's strange. Try any of these options: - Check if the app is installed on your iPhone - Restart iPhone and Apple Watch - Last option, unpair and re-pair Apple Watch (if needed) If it still doesn’t work or you run into any other issues, feel free to send me an email with more details about it. Thanks!!

OK, but need the volume controls

Add a menu where you can adjust volume controls on Apple Watch

Edit, thank you for responding. I know this is super far-fetched. But it would be hilarious if you implemented in 64 games on Apple Watch. I know we run really bad but it would be funny.

Response from developer

Of course, I'll try to add that in a future update. The next one will be focused on adapting the app for iPhone 16 and Apple Watch Series 10, but I'll keep this in mind for the following update. Thank you for your opinion and feedback, it really helps me improve the app.

Super FX games?

Whenever I launch a Super FX game, it never loads and stays on the Nintendo logo (or something else). I tried a beta version of Super Mario Kart and when I loaded into a race, it had Lakitu infinitely pull me. Please add support for Super FX for watch and iPhone, and at least iPhone. Everything else works though.

Response from developer

Currently, the emulator does not support games with the Super FX chip, but I am working on adding that compatibility in future updates. Thank you for your support and feedback!

Awesome!

It is a great emulator since I can now game at school. It was worth the money. Would’ve been 5 stars if better SNES support was added because some of my SNES games don’t work like Super Mario Kart, Doom and Star Fox. Still a great app I would recommend.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your feedback and support. You're right that several games using external chips are currently experiencing issues, and I'm working to fix these in upcoming versions. Thanks for sharing which games aren't working, as it's challenging for me to test them all. So, once again, thank you for all.
