This ai is very good with coding with ui also everything is good btu as soon as i send another message like message 2 of the day says reach daily limit this is annoying cause i get your trying. To make money but could you at least make it high chat messages at least 20 or 15 but 1 is just messed up over all 2.9

cancelled months ago still being billed

i canceled several months ago and "ninja pro" is repeatedly billed to my applecash which has no support from apple. i ROTATED THE NUMBER. still being billed this is so frustrating they don't have a great support system either they owe me money ; $15*6+ months

Durant recognize my subscription

The subscription verification is completely broken as it still thinks I’m on ninja ultra after it forced me to upgrade to super ninja standard. I click restore subscription and try to use super ninja features and it tells me I need to upgrade. So I go “upgrade” again even though I already upgraded and it says “you already have Superninja Standard”.

Then why can’t I access super ninja standard features? Please fix this.

This app/company is great. The chat is good but the agent is one of the best out there. Pricing is fair especially given the features

Best ai tool

By far the best and smartest ai I’ve ever used (and I’ve tried them all 😭😭😭) genuinely such a great app that really does it all, I don’t have premium and it still gives great content and many responses 10/10 all around 🙌🙌🙌🙌

My Ninja review - 5 stars

As as daily user of Ninja for over a year, I have watched it evolve quickly, with the evolution and launch of SUPER NINJA - as will any AI models as it the right questions and give it the right data its greats. Super is another level, doing some great work together! As for support, great prompt attention. And take on feedback, and had the CEO on email recently assisting, and taking onboard my feedback on improvements, while is a good sign and testament to when the team is going.

Too Slow

I originally loved Ninja AI… now they’re forcing me to use super ninja, which is painfully slow. The responses don’t seem to be any better and the price is higher. I’ve cancelled my subscription and I’m moving to a different platform. I regret paying for a yearly subscription.

This app is pay to use, I wouldn’t suggest using it

You need to pay for all of the good features and it’s not really that good, just use ChatGPT.

Used to love ninja

Started off perfect then they switched to super ninja and this app sucks now would did 0/5 if I could have. Should have at least kept a better fee for original members

Dislike upgrade

Dislike the upgrade as I have an unlimited plan but now the app defaults to superninja with 30 task credits only. Have to manually change I’ll each time.

Used to be great

Up until they switched everything over strictly to super ninja, NinjaAI was a fantastic tool, especially its unlimited use for the price. Their new updates kept downgrading the NinjaAI and demanding users use SuperNinja until finally they phased the unlimited model out altogether. I’d been a long, long time paying subscriber, and I just canceled my subscription and deleted the app.

Someone took Lightning in a Bottle and let it out so they could sell something mediocre in its place. I’m now looking for a better platform, maybe something like NinjaAI used to be.

Thought It Was Untouchable

Hands down it's the best AI modules out. BUT it's missing Perplexity. Secondly the fact that I can't toggle between Ninja AI and Super Ninja at the press of a button is killing for me. I'm literally logging out and in just to use the regular mode. At $150 a month that should never be a problem. Otherwise you all are a complete ripoff. Fix that issue. Otherwise you've lost this subscriber.

Scam

Gave it one task (had 3) but yet had to upgrade to get the full response?? 100% a scam . Not to mention the plans are garbage. Have to pay over 100$ a month for unlimited? That’s more than an unlimited phone bill along with high speed wifi combined. It’s garbage. Simple as that . Save your money don’t get scammed by this app

Regular text tasks and image generation are fully free. For $19/month, users get unlimited MyNinja; only SuperNinja has limits. Bad

The company can’t actually tell you what you’ll get with different “tiers” of subscriptions. It seems to change by the day randomly. It always costs the same, but some people get less.

The most powerful AI app!

I find SuperNinja very useful for my job; it helped me optimize my workflow. I was able to create and analyze spreadsheets, docs, prepare reports and presentations for my team with amazing data visualization! Highly recommend for those tasks!
