Beware monthly limits
150 million tokens sound a lot. But if you do any deeper task, the 15 m tokens monthly limit is gone in a blink & this all-in-one agent becomes wasted money. Better off subscribing to a single company
Best AI agent I’ve used. Excellent investment and improved my efficiency of daily tasks
I have used multiple AI tools and none of them come close to being able to handle the tasks and solve my problems like Magica has. It’s a simple setup and allows for you to be able to have all the tools you would ever need all in one spot. As an educator and football coach, it has saved me HOURS of time in my week and has helped me become more efficient in my job and with my daily tasks. The data analysis it provides has helped me to dive deeper and find better solutions to the problems I have to deal with and cleans it all up to provide easy to read outputs. I’ve even started trying to build simple apps and dashboards which I would never have been able to do on my own and again have simplified and streamlined jobs and processes that have taken me hours to complete in the past. I cannot recommend this enough to people who have tried one or multiple AI agents because it has all of them in one place and gives you the tools you need to be successful in whatever tasks you need help accomplishing.

Everything went bad when it became Magica
It was a great resource as Galaxy.ai, but once Magica took over, every interaction became extremely costly in credits. Customer service is terrible. A company is filing a class action lawsuit because of the terrible platform Magica has become. Very sad for those of us who invested in lifetime memberships. Would give -0 stars if I could.

Zero Customer Service
The app keeps deleting my annual subscription that started in November. When I click restore I get an error. I uninstalled the app & that didn’t correct the issue. I tried the chat & nobody answered. I have emailed & get ghosted. WHAT IS GOING ON! I CANNOT CREATE CONTENT & WOULD LIKE A REFUND SINCE I CANNOT USE IT & YOU CAN’T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE!
