Everything went bad when it became Magica
It was a great resource as Galaxy.ai, but once Magica took over, every interaction became extremely costly in credits. Customer service is terrible. A company is filing a class action lawsuit because of the terrible platform Magica has become. Very sad for those of us who invested in lifetime memberships. Would give -0 stars if I could.

Zero Customer Service
The app keeps deleting my annual subscription that started in November. When I click restore I get an error. I uninstalled the app & that didn’t correct the issue. I tried the chat & nobody answered. I have emailed & get ghosted. WHAT IS GOING ON! I CANNOT CREATE CONTENT & WOULD LIKE A REFUND SINCE I CANNOT USE IT & YOU CAN’T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE!

It does everything I need to do with AI
Magica and all of the tools it includes (which is nearly every AI tool there is) have become a major backbone of my laser engraving business. I use it nearly every day, and I’ve purchased lifetime access. Instead of paying for separate annual licenses to multiple tools at $100 a pop for ChatGPT, Grok, copilot, etc., I got access to hundreds of tools forever for $500. I does what I need, and more. I’m happy with it.

Credits burn too quickly
It seems like credit inflation hit this app. I can barely do 2 decent 10 second video clips for my monthly $15m credit allocation. Not a good deal anymore. Features are ok but would no longer recommend based on cost.
Old UI was great as Galaxy
The new UI is terrible, really terrible, don’t waste your money here. The old UI Had an awesome podcast generator tool that I actually used frequently and was building a nice YouTube following and the new hi retired that took and I’ve spent well over $100 trying to replicate that tool without success. Contacted support to see if they could bring access back to that tool and have heard nothing. No response to my request to refund the credits burned trying to figure it out either.by investigating further, I’ve realized that Magica inflates the cost of the tools needed for video generation by more than double. I’ve found other platforms that offer more tools than this one and the cost per minute is far cheaper. On many of these models, it’s cheaper to go straight to the actual model provider l, instead of paying Magica to be the incompetent middle man.

Beware of the trap
I’ve been using Galaxy.ai for a while now, and I was genuinely impressed. However now I loose all 15million credits in two queries.. single questions all gone. Many such providers are now milking the trapped customers to buy more credits and guzzling planned ones like they mean nothing. Basically a predatory system with no plan cancellation.

UI Not Intuitive
The new UI is not intuitive. It will be great if you keep the option of using the previous UI

Wonderfull app
I’ve been using Magica for a while and overall I had a pretty good experience. The interface is simple to understand, and I liked how quickly I could try different features without spending a lot of time figuring everything out. There are still a few things that could be improved, but overall it’s been useful and enjoyable to use.

Hate the upgrades
This app is trash since the rebrand and the new UI. The chat that “automatically decides which processes to use has never gotten anything right and takes all your credits trying to fix it. A scam

They just changed everything and it is difficult to use. Many features were lost. Don’t waste you time or your money with this. It has turned into AI bloat.
Galaxy.ai great Magica.ai trash
I absolutely loved galaxy.ai I told everyone about it. Now they switched its trash asking it how it’s doing runs through 10 models and cost tens of thousands of tokens. Before the switch I had 50+ million points after the switch I can’t keep a balance. My points are gone in 2 weeks. I can no longer pick what model I want to use.

Terrible changes
Magica was much better when it was galaxy and there were plenty of ai tools to choose from. They have no completely scrapped a lot of the really good ai tools hiked up their credit costs and completely changed the model to suit them. It was perfectly good how it was and there was a reason why I signed up and kept my subscription now it’s time

Switch from galaxy to magica
Was very hesitant to proceed after the switch. I am glad i did. All the power and fun of Galaxy is present along with new features. Use it for my branding and social media.
Scammed
I would like to request a refund, since it’s not what it was promised and the free credits are off and it’s even worse than when it started!!! I love galaxy AI not this new Magica that even just asking a question take away credits!
