Outstanding AI Assistant
MAGICA has quickly become one of my favorite AI apps. What impresses me the most is how well it understands my commands. I don’t have to spend time explaining every detail—it understands my intent and consistently delivers exactly what I’m looking for.
Whether I’m creating marketing materials, developing business ideas, writing content, or working on creative projects, MAGICA produces high-quality results with remarkable accuracy. This app saved me $5000
It’s not very often that I bother to take the time to write a review either good or bad or anything that I’ve actually paid money for at the App Store.
Nine months ago I purchased an annual subscription to what was then galaxy AI.
It worked wonderfully I loved it, used it every day, and it saved me thousands of dollars.
I wrote a glowing five star review here.
Then, without notice, galaxy became Magica. And everything changed.
Their new agent was terrible and ground up your monthly allotment of credits within a few hours working on a Video project.
Customer support was nonexistent you submit a support ticket and a Chatbot says customer support will get right back to you. Yesterday I finally got a response that I had filed seven days earlier, asking for a refund of credits that were charged, but the video was worthless.
The Chatbot told me that I was the problem and that no refunds or credits will be issued too bad. See you and a story.
I get monthly credits through December, but it’s unlikely that I’ll be able to use them for anything really productive on Magica.
I’ve since switched to other agents, and I found that Grok does for free what galaxy used to and Magica charges for.
I cannot in good conscious. Tell anybody to consider using this platform.

Too many changes
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this app has been named 3 different things since I started using it. (“Galaxy.ai”, to “all in one agent”, to now “magica”). By the time some of you read this the name might be changed again. They advertised as a pick your tool for the task you wanted and you could choose from 5000+ ai models. Now they’ve changed the UI to where you can’t pick anything for yourself or your favorite AI tool and it chooses for you based on what you put in a chat box. I’ll be taking my money to a service that I have more control over which AI I use for what I’m trying to do.

Unhappy with Lifetime a bundle
The deal seems great at first until you actually start using everything. If you use it frequently every day for things like learning, studying, personal projects the month amount of credits will never keep up. Better off just spending 20 a month for something else with no slow feeding credit system. I wish it let me do whatever I needed to do on a monthly basis but it far too few credits or it’s charging too many credits.

This app is trash since the rebrand and the new UI. The chat that “automatically decides which processes to use has never gotten anything right and takes all your credits trying to fix it. A scam
Lifetime Deal-Complete Solution
Update 7/7/26- the update to Magica has made this totally worthless. My 15M monthly credit allowance was gone so fast that it would take $100/mo. to get good use of this platform. The new chat agent is incredibly unintelligent. I’ve spent more credits over-explaining and correcting than getting things done. Don’t waste your money.
This was my favorite purchase of 2026. The lifetime deal is unbelievable, it’s complete with APIs, and they listen to feature requests. If you can imagine a task that you’d like to complete with AI, it can be done here.

Update is a downgrade
An option to keep the original User Interface (& corresponding options) is necessary for me to continue with Magica. If that occurs, I’ll update and upgrade my rating. Otherwise, it has the all too familiar smell of scam. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽
Magica makes my work so much easier
I started using Magica a few months ago and now (especially with the new interface) I have been able to streamline so many projects. All you do is type in the prompt for what you need to create and it finds the best way to do it. You have all the tools at your fingertips all in one place. I highly recommend it!

An AI app that actually helps!!!
okay so I'm not super techy, I just wanted something to help with my random projects (a kids book I'm illustrating, a footy prediction thing, some voice/video stuff) and I kept getting stuck jumping between like 5 different AI websites and trying to glue it all together myself. Magica just... does it for you?
You basically tell it what you want in plain English — "make this into a video with captions," "clone this voice for a video," "build me a guide for this" — and it figures out which tools to use and actually produces the finished thing. I didn't have to learn which model does what, it just knew.
Some things I love:
Everything's in one chat — images, video, voice cloning, documents, even coding stuff
It keeps track of my ongoing projects so I don't have to re-explain everything every time
Can connect to Gmail, Drive, Notion etc so it can actually work with my real stuff
You don't get charged if a generation fails (huge)
If you're not techy and just want an AI that gets stuff DONE instead of just chatting at you, honestly give this a go:

Its meh
This app is okay, no try best, takes too much of your credits when it’s wrong. It will do some crazy off the wall stuff I didn’t even ask for and the take all my credits. Then I have to pay to get more. If I thumbs down it and say hey you were wrong I should get my credits back. It doesn’t nothing different. And forget getting transparent background png.. nope haven’t square boxes every dang time no matter what command I give it.

Positive Experience
I’ve had a really positive experience with Magica. The interface is easy to navigate, and it doesn’t take long to figure out how everything works. The results have been consistent, and I like that it saves me time without feeling overly complicated. I’ve used it to create a fitness book. The image generator is very good. There’s definitely room for a few small improvements, but overall it’s been a useful tool that I’d recommend trying.

Magica has become my second brain for content creation
I run two businesses and lead a church worship team, so my plate's full most days. Magica gives me back hours I didn't know I had.
Here's what sold me. I needed a full workbook, a webinar script, and a batch of images for a launch — all in one week. Old me would've bounced between five different tools, lost track of half my files, and still been up at midnight fixing formatting. New me just talked to Magica like I was talking to a smart assistant who actually gets my voice. It asked good clarifying questions instead of guessing wrong. It didn't water down what I asked for just because the easy version was cheaper or faster.
The image editing is where I live most. I do a lot of iterating — tweak this, try that pose, adjust the lighting — and it keeps up without making me start from scratch every time. That's rare.
And when something didn't work right the first try, it actually fixed the problem instead of quietly handing me a worse version and hoping I wouldn't notice. Trust matters to me (it's literally in my coaching material), and a tool that doesn't cut corners behind my back earns that trust fast.
If you're a small business owner wearing ten hats like I am, this thing pulls its weight. Worth it.

I was on board first with Galaxy but this change is awful!
I love the new AI agent set up
A lot of people here are complaining about the new UI/setup but are forgetting now that you still have all the things available to you; you just dont have to go rummaging around to find it. You can type a prompt and a simple sentence and you have a little helper to go find what you did before to help you. It makes your job easier. Why do people insist on making their lives more difficult. I love this app and its new set up.
Guys, just use the power of text messaging. You text message everyday. Social media or through the various text messaging apps out there. Put your little helper to work. This is the future. I genuinely love Magica and I think it’s one of the best AI platforms out there (as I have experienced with many). The pricing is competitive and the quality of results is impressive. My only complaint is the credit usage. Credits disappear incredibly fast which makes content creation more expensive.
